Placed an order for delivery at 4:56pm and was told delivery would be 5:35pm. It’s 8pm now and no one has answered the phone when we call in. We have left messages with no reply. We sent an email that gets returned stating there’s something wrong with their email. We called the restaurant and found out that capefear delivery never placed our order. The money has already left our account. I do not recommend using this service

Worst delivery in my life. Food was picked up then drove around to other deliveries. Food arrived barely warm. Did not bring complete order. No utensils to eat with. No salad dressing for the salad. No bread, no butter for potatoes.
Was told that they would refund my order. No sign of a refund.
If it says Cape Fear Delivery say no way use a reliable service. Don’t tip with card. If they deserve a tip tip cash.
Frankly they suck.
BTW the restaurant stated that Cape Fear Delivery uses aliases to get to deliver from this restaurant. Why because they told Cape Fear Delivery to take a hike.They do not want Cape Fear Delivery associated with the restaurant.

Horrible experience. Our food arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time in the hands of a surly female in pajamas. The whole bag reeked of smoke. Fortunately, our food was well packaged by the restaurant, and was fine, aside from being luke warm from the late delivery. Never again.
EDIT: after making an unsolicited call to my wife on the phone tonight to discuss my review, the proprietor refused to end the conversation with her. She kept talking, despite my wife politely requesting to end the call, explaining that we were doing bedtime with our children. Apparently the caller insisted that I change my review, and told my wife that we should “request a non-smoking delivery driver next time”.
As requested, I have removed the more flippant parts of the review, as it was the only part that I can find that was unwarranted. Of note, the owner posted their reply a little over an hour after her haranguing call, before I even had a chance to edit this review. I think this just continues to underscore my initial description of a horrible experience.
