Went into store an hour ago. Online order. The two employees could not figure out between the two of them that the online order I was asking about was the one they had just made and was sitting on the counter waiting for me. They tried to tell me over and over they “never received the order” and to order again and call my bank to dispute the charge. Meanwhile my sandwhich was sitting on the counter. I made the online order at 12:15pm and was at the store at 12:24 to fetch my order. There was no one else in the store besides me and the two employees. The store manager claimed “but I was in the bathroom” as the reason for the mix-up. She threw her co-worker, the self proclaimed “assistant store manager” under the bus. How can two employees be so incompetent when the store was absolutely empty and there were no other customers or other orders (on the screen) besides mine! Beware.

Thursday, June 26th
12:12pm. Had my woman order me food for my lunch break and was going to stop by and get it. I sent her the money and she paid for it. Just for it to accept the money, Then 3 minutes later gets voided. Took all of my lunch money and won’t get it back for 24 hours. Whoever is working today, Yall are sorry excuses for employees. I hope your manager can see my review and fires yall.

I just tried to order my fiancé lunch online for his lunch break. And it took my money and they instantly voided my order and I won’t get the money back for 24 hours. If you’re not doing online orders you shouldn’t have it available!!! And of course when you try to call it instantly goes to voicemail….. This is bullshit.

The food tastes good. The place seems reasonably clean for a Subway. Yet, you can ask for the same sandwich every time and they will make it differently about half the time. What’s the point of defining the sandwich ingredients on the menu? The slogan should change to “Subway: you better tell us *exactly* what you want us to do with your bread because we really don’t care what the menu says and we’ll just do whatever looks close enough.”

So I’ve been going here for years! It’s right down the road from my house and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience until today. I simply changed my sub from a 6in to a foot long and automatically her whole attitude changed. She didn’t care to ask me what cheese I wanted, I had to stop her and let her know what I actually wanted on my sub. Then she turned to her coworker and began to make a snarky comment about how I changed my mind and when it was time for my daughters sub to be made, my husband said multiple times she wanted it toasted and he was ignored and ultimately her sub was left untoasted. As someone who works in fast food I understand how frustrating it can be when a customer changes their mind but as a manager this was NO way to talk to or treat your customers. I’ve never been so upset with this particular subway.

I had the best sub from here I have had in a very long time. I will come from Morganton to get subs there now. The young lady that took my order was very polite. The man that done my toppings and toasted my sub, amazing job Patrick. He also didn’t just glob on my southwest sauce, he added it with flair and it looked great, like this was his restraunt and he wanted us to come back. The young lady that took my payment was also very informative of my points and rewards. Thanks to you all. Great job.

The sandwiches are generally good here because you decide exactly what you want on your sandwich and the ingredients are typically fresh and tasty.. I only wish that when there is a new person putting your sandwich together that they are supervised by an experienced crew member who can jump in and help when things don’t go exactly right.. don’t just leave them on the line to figure it out on their own… it really upsets the customer who would like the product to resemble a sandwich when it is finally served.

they messed my sandwhich up and told me they wouldnt fix it for me, this was my favorite subway in lenoir cause they always had my sandwich right and the one time its messed up the refuse to help and and im a returning customer. any other fastfood restaurant fixes messed up orders no matter what and helps them this is just AWFUL customer service and I WILL not be returning.
