My husband and I frequently come to this playa location. The service and product is always great. One night I came and ordered 2 bowls. They were both melted upon me receiving them and barely any toppings. Very sad looking bowls. I sent an email to the owners with pictures and she quickly responded and apologized for such poor service and bowl quality. She also gave me 2 free bowls on my rewards to redeem on my next visit. I really appreciated it. This Playa bowl location will always be one of my favorites.

Great location with a friendly staff, service is great as well. Personally I couldn’t care less about the presentation since I’m only drinking a smoothie but every time I get one it looks straight out of a magazine. They put the work in to every detail to make it not only look amazing but taste amazing as well. Place gives off island vibes like you’re in the Caribbean. 11/10

I just did an online order for these guys, and me, didnt take thd Nutella off (imdairy free) so they wrote me a little note and put it on the side instead. Its not comon to see that type of service anymore. Everything was delish as well!
