Prices for the new burger not on the sign. Had to wait on my burger. I asked for no pickle or onion. Get to work and pickle and onion. The girl in the drive thru started rude but ended more pleasantly. Do better. I tried not going back.

No one is responding on the drive threw, after sitting there for 15 minutes without them saying anything they finally say “we are paused on taking orders” then they locked their doors with customers in the building so new ones can’t get in. Definitely reporting them to corporate

I got to this location at about 7:45 and it was relatively busy so I knew it was gonna be a little wait so I got in the drive through line. I waited in line and finally got to the microphone at about 8:20ish give or take. It was a pretty simple order, just two big arch meals. So I ordered my food and paid then waited. I got my drinks at the second window and waited. They pulled me down to the third window which is no big deal and I sat there. After 3 cars went around me to leave I figured I better go check. I went inside and told them hey just checking if I got forgotten about or what the deal was. The woman said okay let me check. I heard he call out “hey I need two big arch”. I was like cool they’ll make it fast so I waited. And then I waited and waited and waited. The store gradually got less busy but still no food. Another girl came and asked what I was waiting on and I told her she said okay. She left. Then after 5-10 mins someone in the back saw me and said again hey I need two big arches. Finally I got my food and it had clearly been sitting for a few mins cause it was about room temp when I ate it. But I got it and didn’t get my fries and I knew if I said something I was going to be mean so I left. I got back in my car at 9:15 and was on my way. An hour and a half total trip to McDonald’s.
I know it’s not entirely their fault cause it’s a new location and they have kinks to work out but that’s still crazy to wait an hour for two burgers.

Was excited to put in an order at the new location. Put in my order at 10:10am. Heard nothing for almost an hour until they finally cancelled my order at 10:58. Pretty whack. I’ll just stick to the other 2 McDonald’s near me that I know can actually provide service
