January 29, 2026, I wasn’t greeted upon entrance not by any at least of the 5 employees that were at the station or register. Everyone standing around looking at you, took someone literally a minute to come make 3 bowls (1 chicken, 1 veggie, and a “3 pointer” (another complaint, but it is what it is). It was like “who’s going to help? Not me, but you can.” So the one who comes to serve me preps the bowls and tells me the rice needs to be replenished, no problem, I’m patient. I watch the cook stir the rice and notice it’s a bit “shinier” than usual (didn’t think much to ask if it was made correctly). Paid the $28, got my food, made it home, and noticed the bowls are oily, as I have never had that EVER since I first ate at Chipotle in 2002. Daughter tells me the rice is bland, I eat some and I have the same reaction and my 2-year-old didn’t even want to finish his bowl (1st time ever). I notice my hand was greasy and looked under the bowl, and yes, the cook dosed the rice with oil and NO lime juice (see photos attached for the visual). I rather make that drive to Dickinson if the vibe and service at this location continues to be like this. How hard is it to make cilantro lime rice yet even welcome someone in?!? This location is fairly new and the rating average is BELOW 3.0!

Every time I’ve enter this specific location of Chipotle, I’ve only experienced great kindness and service. Workers are always smiling and attentive. Reading these negative reviews really upset me because I’ve been coming here since they opened and I see how they treat their customers, and that girl cashier with the pretty lashes during the night shift has been outstanding with her customer service. And btw my portions have always been good, if yall really have a problem just act like adults and speak up!

I specifically chose this Chipotle location because it has a drive-through, which is a huge convenience when you have kids. When I pulled up, I was told I couldn’t use it unless I downloaded the app and instead had to come inside, completely defeating the purpose of choosing this location in the first place.

Once inside, the experience only got worse. I wasn’t greeted at all, and one employee who was cleaning tables actually sprayed me with water. No apology, no acknowledgment lots of talking to each other, just very poor customer awareness overall.

To top it off, I paid $5 for chips that were clearly stale and barely filled up, i didn’t receive any utensils despite my order being to-go, and the overall service felt careless and untrained.

This wasn’t just a bad moment, it was a series of avoidable issues. Upper management really needs to focus on better staff training, customer service basics, and communication around how the drive-through actually works. I left frustrated and disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon.

Eating here twice since they’ve opened they’ve missed an item. They forgot our chips and guacamole, one time, after speaking to them they gave us one to make up for it. The food flavors good, taste like Chipotle lol. Carnitas Burrito is my go to. This is a new location they’re still trying to work out some processes and procedures.

if I could rate negative stars I would. Attitude, vibe, atmosphere, NEGATIVE. The man working the window at La Marque chipotle, today Feb 23 2026, around 5’11 as tall as the window blonde white man with glasses, was extremely rude. I asked for vinaigrette and he was extremely rude in telling me I MUST PURCHASE a salad in order to recieve the vinaigrette. (I have worked at chipotle and KNOW that THAT is not the case.)

I came in here last night 12/26 around 7:40-7:45 PM. I ordered a chicken bowl and a steak salad. As the girl is done with my stuff and writing on the lid she confirms with me a second time that my bowl was chicken. Once I got home I looked at my receipt before I went to throw it away and noticed she wrote BQCG on my lid and the girl who rung up my order put barbacoa ($11.10) in and that’s what I was charged for which is more expensive then the chicken($9.35). This is a really irritating mistake and feels intentional, especially since she confirmed with me as she was writing on the lid that my bowl was chicken.

Terrible experience at this location. I ordered online for pickup in the chipotlane. I placed my order to be ready at 6:10pm and did not get my order until after 7pm since the line was so long and took forever to move. It was so bad that the driver in front of me got out of his car and went to the window to ask for his order. What I don’t understand is why it took so long being that it’s not a traditional drive thru. If orders are already placed and everyone is just picking up an order, why is it taking so long? What made it worse is that I ordered hard shell tacos and they were extremely soggy by the time I got them. Fortunately I was able to improvise and turn the contents of the tacos into a bowl once I got home. But I should not have had to do that since I ordered TACOS. I may try this location again in the future once the newness dies down but no time soon.

My husband and I have regularly dined in since last year. The food is consistently tasty and the portions generous. The staff is a fun crew and always friendly, even on busy nights.

Omg the lady who made is order was awesome! I did an order ahead but it was wrong. I was a little upset but I was just down the road. I went back and she had no problem remaking it for me. No attitude like most places would have. I’m from out of town and I wish the Chipotle in my town would have workers like this place!

Glad we now have a Chipotle nearby this area. The food was one of the best and freshest I have gotten in a while. I hope it stays this quality. Pickup was ready on time but I had to ask where my food was since it seems they aren’t using the pickup shelf.
