Been here 3 times for lunch. Fast friendly service. Good food. Haven’t gotten deathly sick yet, and after 3 visits to a Chipotle, that’s pretty good so far!

The portion sizes were so small that it was hard to feel satisfied, and it was not worth the price you pay. Also, whenever an item runs out, instead of asking customers to wait, they say they don’t have it and offer something else instead, or they serve whatever small amount is left.

Have given it a couple chances despite some of the bad reviews. And unfortunately the bad reviews have proven to be true. They still didn’t have the ChipoteLane figured out and took entirely too long for the not-so-busy Tues at 4pm hour. For the second visit, the Chipotlane was much better, but 3 of our 4 meals were botched in the order. Until I start seeing an owner respond to some of these reviews, that seems to care about the outcome, we’ll actively try not to frequent this location.
EDIT- I happened to be in the area for lunch, and my “dine in” experience was very pleasant. It’s possible they’re still working out the kinks with the to-go orders and attention to detail regarding those orders.

I understand this is a new location but having people wait in the Chipotlane for almost 20 minutes for 3 cars total is a problem. My food was ready but there was no one to hand it to me. I had to wave someone down and instead of apologizing she made me feel bad for interrupting what she was doing. I asked if it was normal to have to wait so long if you use the chipotlane and she said something to the extent of “everyone is waiting, we’re busy.” I would understand if they got a sudden rush and my food wasn’t ready, but it was ready and sitting there for 20 minutes, just getting cold. Also I paid for a side of chips and got 7 chips. 7. The rest of the food was great, just cold. Probably best to skip the drive thru lane. And I wouldn’t pay $3 for 7 chips again.
