Got here at 6:30pm on a Monday and the lights were off and it was locked. I liked this one because the staff actually spoke English and were friendly but I guess I was wrong. Got harassed by a man I assume who was the owner while I was taking these photos

Horrible customer service!! They literally were out of so many condiments, and I literally asked for an upgraded drink size which is literally .30 cents, the least they could have done was upgraded me for the inconvenience of being out of so many condiments, I was going to still eat the food, it the Jamaican guy was like no we are not going to do that, literally over a .30 cent, instead I said I want a refund for my food, after the food was already made, he literally had to throw the food away which costed the business way more than the .30 cents, absolutely horrible, 1 star customer service, literally costing the company more money.

Worst Subway I have ever been, the lady first wink at me trying to be nice but it was awkward . Then when I ordered my sandwich she gave me an old piece of bread i couldn’t even eat it was hard. I couldn’t return because i was back at work and on top of that I found a hair in my food… Also, ice tea is horrible! Never going back!!!! First and last!!

As you may know, Subways are franchised. Thus particular store/location plays Christian music. I have a degree in religion, so I’m not anti religion or anti Christian, but in a diverse society made up of many ethnicities and religions, I find it wholly inappropriate to play any religious based music. In this case, to pople of other religions beleifs, it is not welcoming, and it’s pushing a particular religion on people. I talked with a manager and he seemed unconcerned when I shared with him about the music, moreover, I told him I would not come back, he said that was okay.

The best part about this particular Subway location is the customer service and the quality of the sandwiches. A special shout out to the young Sandwich Artist Ryan, who’s careful attention to detail in preparing my Cold Cut Combo was only outdone by his amazing personality and very welcoming demeanor. You definitely got the feeling he was happy to be there and quite frankly, you just don’t see that anymore, especially in the food and service industry. I will definitely make it a point to go out of my way to drive to this particular location for my sandwiches in the future. Other Subway locations out there should TAKE NOTICE OF HOW IT IS DONE.

I work at the UPS store next door, so I go here quite often. It’s a Brand new family owner and staff. They are very friendly and passionate about their business. The food is always fresh and delicious !! I would give them 20 stars if possible!! I highly recommend this Subway location over any other I’ve tried in Nashville!!
