Ordered the pho, house fried rice, and orange chicken! All excellent! The pho was amazing…the broth was sooo good and the steak was sliced perfectly thin and was nice and tender! The house fried rice had a delicious assortment of pork, chicken, steak and shrimp! And lastly, the orange chicken was breaded to perfection and the flavor so good!
Service was fast, restaurant was clean! Can’t wait to come again!

Great Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant on Lancaster. An Overall wonderful dining experience. Good food and they serve really good dumplings. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, mongolian beef and chicken dumplings. The service was amazing. Was surprised it was not more popular.

The food here is delicious. They have a wide selection of dishes and from what I’ve had it’s all great. The garlic cucumber was really good but won’t be suited for those sensitive to lots of acidity. It made my water spicy. The pork dumplings were fresh and great as well as the rare beef and brisket pho.
I’d eat here again today but they’re closed on Monday’s

My daughter was wanting some soup dumplings because her period hit. And to be honest.. This isn’t something you can readily find in salem.
I was able to Google and find this on my pop up. We had never heard of it and decided to check it out.
I honestly am so damn happy we did. It is really a restaurant that is fusion of different things.
I got fried rice, pho, salad rolls, soup dumplings, and a chili dumpling.
Everything was delicious.

Travelling through Oregon and picked up a takeout to take to the hotel.
We had the fried tofu with veg, salt & pepper squid and Singapore shrimp noodles.
Everything was delicious – perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Next time though, we would order more rice – as the rice portion provided was a bit small (unless you are doing Atkins!)

We were visiting a friend moving to Salem and wanted lunch. We saw the great reviews for Wok N Pho and thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed. The place is unassuming, but the food is the star. The Seafood Pho was exceptional, and the broth was well constructed and complex. The seafood was perfectly good, which is hard to find. Nohting worse than overcooked and rubbery shrimp and calamari. No worries here, was all on point. The staff was very nice, and service was quick and kind. So they get an A+ from me/us and we’ll certrainly be back.

Delicious food! We usually go to Portland for food this good so we’re so happy to see a local restaurant open up. We tired the soup dumplings (the broth and meat was delicious), popcorn chicken, garlic green beans, and wontons in chili oil. The food is so flavorful, will be back for sure. Portion sizes are large and prices are great!

Today was my second time. I really liked the soup, I’ll come more often. It’s a quiet place, very clean and cozy. It’s important to me that it was clean and cozy. It was like I was at my friends’ house. Next time I’ll try that.

Total hidden gem in the unassuming Safeway parking lot. The food has excellent spice and flavor and the presentation is great for the very modest price point.
While there wasn’t a single bad dish, the crab and pork soup dumplings, salted egg yolks steamed buns, and Sichuan popcorn chicken were the definite stand outs ( and they don’t mess around with the Mala on the popcorn chicken so be prepared for that lovely numbness).
Highly recommend will be back next time I’m in Salem OR.
