I just ordered a famous star meal through the drive-through
No onions on the burger!
I got cold fries and a cold burger and there was onions on it cause I can taste it so they just served me some crap they’ve had sitting there for 15 bucks. No wonder nobody goes here to eat. I just took a couple of bites and threw it all in the garbage

Came here and stood in line for 15 mins while they ignored me and slowly fill orders. Then when they felt like it they finally took my order. This is the antithesis of fast food and GOOD MANAGEMENT PRACTICES. Stay away people!!!!

Placed a mobile order and upon arrival was told there was no shakes available. Asked for refund and was told they aren’t able to do it. Asked for a manager or assistant manager and was told neither are available. What gives? How do I get my money back.

Horrible service the workers inside are on their phones sending each other videos. Not a single one was in a uniform. It took like 30 min to get my order after ordering. There was 3 guys, one of them was taking our order an just walked away an took a phone call, in the middle of taking our order, another one took over for him. Didn’t apologize or anything. The worst service I’ve ever had.

I’ve been waiting 11 minutes for 5 children strips that I paid $10 for which is . 2 other customers came and left mom my husband and I sat in our car at the drive-thru. Not only will I never return to your store but we’ll talk nothing but fecal about your establishment. That was unacceptable and out of line I shouldn’t have had to wait that long for five chicken strips.

So I went to Carls and wanted the new char sandwich, no chilis apparently, I also asked if I could have chicken instead of beef (no substitutions I was told) I mentioned that The king , the colonel and the clown do substitutions, but nope, so I ask for a famous star and substitute with beyond meat, they say yes, I think that’s a substitution but whatever, so I’m literally the only customer, 15 minutes at the drive through and they come to the window and ask me if both patties are supposed to be beyond meat?….what the … So after spending 30+ dollars I could whatever they “cooked” was basically not cooked and disgusting, if you are in the fast food market and it takes 15 confused minutes to make something that I wouldn’t feed to anyone I’m rethinking CARLS as a food option because it’s not food ….
