Placed a mobile order at 7:29pm store hours clearly say open until 9pm. Arrived 15 minutes later to be told they were closed no order was being made Ok I get it. Asked how to cancel the order so I wouldn’t be charged said I don’t know go to the app maybe. Went to the app went through numerous steps multiple times and yet no refund or even an inkling as to what I should do next. My advice never set foot into any subway they are all franchised and run poorly there are way better options and alternatives.

The Indian dude on Friday afternoon was sooooo slow. Like I’ve never seen someone move that slow in my life. I thought it must have to be his first day or something, but then he kinda had an attitude too like he ran the joint, so I don’t know. I was the only person in the store and was there for 20 minutes to watch him make one takeout sandwich and my two sandwiches. It was honestly just crazy to see someone move that slowly like it seemed like he was doing it on purpose

Worker didn’t speak English very well and was very rude and rolled eyes and said no when asked for a wrap that was clearly available. Lettuce was all brown and clearly not fresh or anywhere near, and worker did not make sandwiches correctly even after corrections, she started basically making her own and didn’t hear requests. The workers who were serving us took over 40 minutes to prepare 3 simple sandwiches and a salad. Poorly trained food handslers. They could not multitask, and were extremely slow. We were the only customers inside. They cross-contaminated the food multiple times and the salad no nowhere near fresh. Overall, the worst experience i’ve ever had when it comes to fast-food.

There are no more 5 dollar footlongs but they still have footlong sandwiches, ypu pick what you want so as long as the produce is fresh your food should be fine.

Awful service; health code issues; confirmed they would honor a coupon before making the sandwiches, and then changed their minds at checkout, were very rude about it plus overcharged. Not to mention the person who prepared the food hugged his sweaty buddy halfway through making the sandwich order then continued touching the food. I am not one to write negative reviews, but they so blatantly didn’t care about an upset customer, that I felt obliged to warn others.
