Anyway the manager was more than kind but still not a 5 Star experience as I just wanted to eat after skiing 2 days.
Will definitely go again the Seafood is unmatched
I’ve been coming here for years and love this place. They have never let you down. The service and the environment is always wonderful.
Fernie (Fernando) was our server. He was very attentive without being a helicopter server.
Couldn’t recommend his place more, great for business meetings and also just a great place to hang out with friends.
I love this place, the food is always phenomenal and the service even better. I had fried plate this time, and it was amazing. I usually get the gator bites too, just didn’t on this visit. You definitely get what you pay for here. The teamwork that the staff displays is amazing. They all work together and make the dining experience unforgettable.
However, we encountered several concerning issues during our visit. Our table, located in the back right section near a beverage station, provided an unfortunate view of staff activities. We observed a staff member rinsing a large iced tea container in a hand sink, which is designated solely for handwashing, and doing so with bare hands. This process also created considerable noise, as the container was loudly clinked under the faucet, directly adjacent to our table.
When my fiancé brought these observations to the attention of the manager, the response was dismissive, stating it was not a significant issue due to the dish area being closed. Furthermore, as we prepared to take family photos, we noticed a large trashcan being used to dump drinks and ice, essentially functioning as a makeshift disposal sink within the dining area.
Considering we spent over $600, including the tip, these incidents were highly disconcerting. Such practices raise serious questions about hygiene standards and operational procedures, particularly when conducted openly in the dining room. It leads us to wonder about practices in less visible areas of the establishment. We believe these matters warrant a thorough review and appropriate action from your management.
I have attached photos as well.
