Came here on a whim. Husband was craving Chinese food. Did a quick search and this came up. Cute little restaurant right in between Trader Joe’s and BevMo. Family style feeling right when you walk in. Service was amazing.
We ordered orange chicken, chow main, Szechuan chicken and egg rolls. Everything was super delicious and fresh. And then prices were very fair. We even had leftover.
Would totally recommend this spot.

I want to preface this by saying prior to this evening, I had no idea there even was a Chinese restaurant in that plaza, let alone that it’s a really GOOD one!
Ok so here goes…Partner and I are both transplants to this area from the east coast and as such the holidays are typically kind of meh because our families are so far away.
We were taking a drive in the evening on Christmas Day. I was not in any mood to cook dinner and husband suggested takeout, an idea which I enthusiastically gave my approval. We went back and forth a few minutes trying to determine what was open and out of that selection, what we wanted, before finally unanimously agreeing upon Chinese takeout.
We looked at the nearest options on google and stopped at the nearest place that had their hours listed online as OPEN, just to find that it was 100 percent closed.
The next nearest Chinese takeout was China Fusion on Vista way, and being a practical sort of person, I decided to call and make sure that they were actually open.
I called and it rang and rang so I hung up.
By this point I was almost completely over the whole takeout thing…UNTIL I got a call from a number that I didn’t recognize, and when I answered, much to my surprise, it was China Fusion returning my call.
Now let’s be real, I have never once in my whole entire life had a busy BUSY restaurant (let me tell you these guys were absolutely SLAMMED) call *me* back. They were checking to see if I needed to place an order, and apologized for not having been able to make it to the phone when I had called. Now, in my opinion that really was top notch customer service and sealed the deal so to speak.
When we got there, they were packed. They had great reviews online so I figured they were going to be busy but they nearly had a line out the door. The staff at this place is a well oiled machine, really. After no more than a 5 minute wait to clear the long queue that was ahead of me, the young man working the register quickly and efficiently took my order, read it back to me, gave me the total, and I paid for our dinner and was given my ticket and kindly informed that “sorry, we’re a bit busy, so it’s going to be about 20 minutes okay?”
I don’t think twenty minutes is terribly long to have to wait for takeout, in fact that’s probably quite a bit faster than most other places even when it isn’t a major holiday!
So after getting our food, which by the way was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, we realized that these guys give absolutely ENORMOUS portions! We each ordered our own entree plus we both upgraded for an additional $4.25 from white steamed rice to fried rice or noodles. Each side dish was just as big as the entree! So if you’re a light appetite sort of person like myself and my partner are, you WILL have leftovers.
So now we know that next time, we will definitely be splitting ONE entree with the upgraded side.
Thanks China Fusion, your customer service is outstanding and our Christmas dinner rocked! Looking forward to ordering from here again in the future, and plan to tell my friends what a great experience we had. PS the boba smoothies are DELICIOUS!

Delicious chinese food fast. This location is conveniently located in the strip mall off Jefferson or El Camino Real in Oceanside. This little gem is snuggled in between the Trader Joe’s and BevMo!. The service here is top notch and the food is a solid match. Each entree is packed full of flavor and delight. The crispy noodles and sweet and sour sauce welcome your tastebuds as you sit down and let your eyes wonder the menu at all the tasty options. Their classic Orange Chicken was fantastic, with great depths of flavor. There crispy chicken bites were perfectly coated with a tantalizing sauce that made each bite more delightful. The chicken chow mien had perfectly cooked noodles, rich in flavor mixed with moist delicious chicken and veggies. The black pepper chicken did not disappoint with its own unique flavor palette and veggie mix. The meal portions were great and the price was a value for the quality of the meal. The exterior of the store was bright, clean and inviting. Service was quick and the take-out orders seem to go on seamlessly with their sit down experience. Fast and friendly. If you’re in the mood for great Chinese food, this is your spot. Give them a try. Delicious!

We really like this place. The flavor of the food is wonderful and the service is good. The food is very fresh and clean. The entrees sit well with me. We went here twice in the last week, yeah it’s that good. I look forward to our next visit soon. Love china fusion!

Ended up here by my own very lucky mistake: my MIL lives nearby the Oceanside location and we went in (first time ever) and the wait was easily 2 hours for pickup so we went outside to place our order online. A few minutes later I had received confirmation of the order but not an eta, so we went in and asked. They said it was ready! So they looked all over for it and I told them it’s probably not ready b/c too fast… they realized we ordered at the Vista location so we drove over to this location. Order was ready when we got there, so we were happy with our mistake… got the food home and everyone —EVERYONE — was so happy with it! My daughter who doesn’t really love Chinese food, said even the leftovers COLD were yummy (I can confirm). The staff (at both locations) were very friendly and so hardworking! I can confirm that the food at the Vista location is awesome, and the customers are nice too!

Omg can we talk about this place?! Everything was absolutely delicious and I’m not easily impressed. For the price, not only was this food beautiful, but it was delicious and there was a ton of it per serving. The guy who helped us was fast and friendly, and the menu is huge. It’s a regular chain style interior right in between the BevMo and the Trader Joe’s off El Camino real. I would absolutely 100% recommend the food here. We had shrimp and snow peas, kung pao shrimp, chicken and string beans and orange chicken.
And absolute steal for the price! Each item could feed two people or one really really hungry person. I will return!

We really enjoyed the great service and flavor of the meals we had. The Beef Chop Suey was delicious. The Sesame beef was crispy with an outstanding flavor.
