Two hungry travelers en route to JMU and stopped by for a bite to eat. A simple “add stop” brought us to this hidden gem and my boyfriend and I were more than pleased with the food and service. We were hesitant at first given the limited google results, but we later found out they had just opened a little over a month ago. If you’re a local or a visitor, I highly recommend stopping in! The owner was super friendly too and that always makes all the difference.

I went for dinner and was impressed with the service and food. I ordered the steak and shrimp entre. Everything was seasoned and cooked well, including the onion rings and broccoli. While it was all tasty I probably won’t repeat on the steak as it is not a cut I particularly like. I got a side salad with chicken for my wife and she said it was excellent. Next time I will give the burgers a try as I’ve heard nothing but good things about them. Overall the prices, service, and food is a great value.

This family run place is only 3 months old. We were passing so stopped in to check it out. I wasn’t so hungry until I tried the burger and fries. Really tasty. Definitely worth a repeat visit!
