I ordered a pizza at 6:30. The app said it was delivered at 7:00. I never received the pizza so I called after two hours and was told that the driver heard a dog barking so she didn’t feel comfortable making the delivery. The only dog in my neighborhood is next door and was not loose. The driver said she called but did not leave a voicemail. The manager is equally incompetent. Please fire the driver and the manager. I will not order from this store ever again.

Since this is the third time and no one will answer the phone. I placed an order at 5:30pm with a 25-35 minute delivery, at 6:22pm I called wondering what the deal was, I was told they were waiting on drivers, tried calling again multiple times from 6:53-6:57 with no answer, 7:02 finally it shows up, barely warm. Do not order delivery!

Literally 1 hour later than the app claimed. Called to check on my order that said it was delivered before it was even on the way. They told me any minute, Called again and they pushed me to a call center, called back to ask to speak to a manager. There were only “team leads” with aggressive attitudes and absolutely no customer service skills.

Rude chick works there. They got my order all wrong. I ordered on the app. But they still got it wrong. I ordered ranch dressing and they gave me garlic. The girl was going to charge me for ranch and I told her I I didn’t order garlic. She said I will exchange it this time but next time I will charge you! How rude. They got my wings wrong too.

Bought 3 of they’re $7 items for delivery. Tipped 20% online only to be told by driver no tip was added. Didn’t want her to be stuck out so I tipped her $7 cash. That on top of the $28 and change I was charged came out to $35. Way overcharged.

Called to place an order and the level of incompetence was incredible, I understand young people first jobs and such but when you have fellow employees yelling and making so much noise she can’t take my place either is unacceptable. I was on the phone several minutes most of which were muted on her part because of the noise I’m sure. Probably won’t be ordering food from them anytime soon

Great pizza. Stop cutting pizza in squares unless asked to. I got another pizza today through Uber Eats asked for pie cut & of course got those damn squares again. I asked for pie cut which never happened. Stop with the square nobody wants them.

Pleasantries were completely absent when picking up. My order came out 12 minutes later than advertised online. Phone was ringing and nobody made an effort to pick up. When someone finally bothered to check in with me to see what I was waiting for I was addressed from the kitchen instead of the employee coming to the counter to speak to me. No “sorry for the wait” when my order was finally handed off to me. If you’re going to have suggested tip lines of 18+%, you might want to train employees to be worthy of any tip. The visit was a perfect reminder of why I happily pay double the price for way better pizza and amazing customer service at Padre Pizzeria.
