I was waiting at the counter to pick up my online order. Some chick who works there saw me, made eye contact and then went into the kitchen to not even help me when I was the only one there. Drive thru guy had to help me. I ordered boneless bbq wings. Look at the photos like where is the sauce?!!?? And then I asked for ranch on my order and they put nothing in the bag. I had to double back as I’m halfway out, ask, and be told they had none. The most common sauce in all of America out of stock. This location charges for extra sauce and doesn’t even tell me they are out. Honestly go to the Popeyes in Hanover park this is horrible. Oh and then I heard guy say I’m still waiting for my order like the employees had an attitude because he was waiting

I have to say, this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location delivered hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I stopped in at around 5:30 PM during dinner rush to pick up food, only to find that they had no fresh chicken prepared. Instead, they were scrambling as if everything was being made to order, which is baffling for a fast food chain at peak dinner time.
I politely asked one of the gentlemen working how long the wait would be for fresh chicken. He told me about 20 minutes. Since the place was starting to get busy, I decided to wait it out. After 20 minutes, I returned and approached the counter again. This time, a young girl with black hair was at the register. When I asked her how much longer the chicken would take, she snapped back in a combative and dismissive tone, telling me it would be “20 minutes from now.” She went so far as to reprimand me as if I were the one at fault, instead of taking responsibility for not doing her job and operating a chicken establishment properly. I was in shock. Instead of acknowledging that I had already been waiting patiently, she doubled down with an attitude that can only be described as rude and unprofessional.
The customer service at this location was appalling. Employees appeared disengaged, with multiple staff members standing around rather than working efficiently to meet customer demand. At a dinner rush, the food that was sitting out already looked cold, and the team made no effort to present the brand in a way that Popeyes is known for. There was zero sense of urgency, preparation, or basic courtesy.
I walked away feeling not just disappointed, but insulted. This experience goes down as the rudest and most poorly managed service I have ever seen at a Popeyes or at any fast food establishment. If this location is a reflection of how they operate during their busiest hours, then it is clear they are not taking their jobs seriously, nor are they respecting the customers who keep them in business.
Until management addresses these issues with proper training, leadership, and accountability, I cannot recommend this Popeyes location to anyone.

I had a good experience. The lady was super sweet to me. Food was really good. The place was really clean. Not many people in there either.
The only thing I recommend is ordering an actual napkin dispenser, lid holders etc, everything was in a bin.

Usually go to the Popeye’s in Hanover Park, but wanted to tryout this one.
Ordered Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tenders and Chicken Wings. I wanted the wings without any sauce, just plain wings, Cashier said if I wanted plain I would have to order boneless. I didn’t want boneless, So I had garlic parmesan put on the wings. I don’t like a wet sauce on wings.
The Chicken Sandwich & Tenders were delicious.

9/2024 2* They are new. Just opened. So giving grace for that. They need someone over the age of 20 running the place. The manager at that time could not smile or speak with customers. He needed to apologize for the 15 minute waits for every single customer. Chicken was there. They just could not get an order done.
And then, when I got my mashed potato’s home to eat, there was less than 1/2 of each container filled. Quite disappointing.

I’ve given this location several opportunities yet somehow they have always gotten my orders wrong. These orders were placed in person and the drive through. Either there was something missing or regular chicken instead of requested spicy or missing items all together. I do not recommend this location and will not be ordering from here in the future.

The Coke was the best part of my meal. Mac and cheese was definitely from yesterday. I picked up my order at 11:30 so you figured it may be fresh but that was not the case at all. Tenders were alright but seemed as if I got the smallest ones they could find. Good thing there is a McDonalds next door. Won’t be back anytime soon

Today, I ordered dark meat, paid, and then was told it would be a 10-minute wait because it wasn’t cooked. Why not say that before taking my money? Poor communication and no sense of customer service. This location needs serious improvement in both operations and training.

This place hasn’t been open for long was looking forward to this location since it’s closer to me. We ordered a family meal and pie I asked them if they had enough pies beige I ordered it they said yes. We get the food drive off go through the bag to pass the pie out they shorted us on the pies. We go back through the drive through and they say oh we don’t have enough that’s a 7 minute wait. I say forget it first if you knew you didn’t have enough why didn’t you mention that instead of trying to be sneaky. Then we also asked for dark meat when we ordered and half and half. So tell me why we get basically all white meat and re warmed chicken!! This doesn’t even look appetizing. So disappointed in this place as it wasn’t even busy.

I believe this is my first-ever review, and unfortunately, it’s not a positive one. Every time I’ve ordered from this Popeyes location, something has been missing from my order. If you’re considering ordering online, be very cautious because the chances of receiving an incomplete order seem extremely high.
Today, however, things went to a whole new level. Not only was an item missing from my order, but the food was also so overcooked and tasted awful!!!!!! This is, without a doubt, the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
