The food was hot,fresh,good, the place was very clean. The young crew was spot on with preparing the pizzas and was getting them out to customers at a fast pace. One young lady stood out to me.She was hard working and very professional and respectful.I want to say her name was Alyssa and I believe she had a hearing aid on. She is very professional and polite.

I would rate this store higher but the Domino’s website restricted me on my ordering and did not allow me to order the pizzas that I wanted, the way that I wanted them. I was disappointed in the amount of cheese on my pizzas compared to what I ordered. Needless to say it did not have much cheese on them and I ordered EXTRA CHEESE. I would like to be able to taste and feel the thick gooeyness of my extra cheese. Sorry Domino’s, but your restrictions prevent me from getting the pizzas I love. Also, they prevented me from adding other ingredients to get the pizzas my way. The only thing that was ok with this experience was the price was reasonable and the staff were friendly.

So ordered 30 dollars worth of food it sat there for 20 minutes waiting on a delivery I called them and was advised by whoever answered they did not give there name that it was not as fresh as it should be but I was next for delivery, I advised for 30 dollars it should be fresh. He said he could remake but there are now 6 orders in front of mine. I said it should be priority since mine was screwed up. They could not do that it would another 30 minutes even though I was already working on 40 minutes, I asked for the manager and after a couple minute hold I was told that the manager was out on a ride somewhere and someone would call me back.. What a horrible response and service so now I am hour into it and nothing to eat. Not a happy camper.

Once again the Eastman Dominoes proves incompetent. We quit ordering from here for a VERY long time.. tried them again and the food was decent. From that time forward we have not had an acceptable experience. Either delivery is unavailable or the time is o or an hour. Forgotten items. Paying for extra and getting less than the regular amount. I’d i order regular sauce amount it is nonexistent, if I order extra it is swimming. Complaining does no good. They don’t even apologize. They just ignore. This store needs an overhaul ridiculous.

I get dominos regularly. It’s awesome. But when I call up there complain about a delivery order that’s wrong. And it happens 2 more times on sinec then something ain’t right. Cheddar bacon loaded tots missing sauce. I’m tired of it. Mistakes are one thing. But come on.

I ordered two pizzas, one was a thin pepperoni and a hand toss sausage. So got them home, my thin pepperoni was not thin. So I ate my pepperoni and husband ate sausage. The next day we finished the pizzas, so the same day or maybe the next morning he was vomiting up what looked like sausage. He had gotten food poisoning. And has been sick for two days know.I called and told the store, but they didn’t really sound like they cared at all. Be careful when eating out, you never know.
