We must have gotten in at the right time for we were helped as soon as we arrived. We noticed the attendant was welcoming every patron. What surprised us the most was the free refill of coffee.

Came in while in town on my lunch break and ordered a double smoked bacon croissant and a brown sugar shaken espresso but the coffee tasted nothing like it should. I don’t like to complain so I just went and sat outside during my break but didn’t drink the coffee. The sandwich was fine but those are already pre made. I don’t think the employees really know how to make the drinks properly especially after reading some of the other reviews. I did enjoy sitting outside on the patio and the staff were friendly.

Worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (trapped or I would have left sooner!) just to arrive at the window to be told they didn’t have my drink at all and needed to substitute it with something else (none of which I wanted). According to the person at the window, they were running the store with only 3 employees and were understaffed. If that’s the case, close the doors and save every paying customer the trouble and time of wasting half an hour (or more!) just to walk away with nothing. Absolutely ridiculous and makes me want to NEVER try Starbucks again. Luckily the one by my house is 5 stars every time. Will never stop here again. Would give zero stars if I could.

I have made multiple orders on multiple occasions lastly I ordered a nitro cold brew which came out hot in a clear cup…. And tasted terrible. Order a flat white last week and tasted like hot milk no froth and frankly tasted like old milk. The store is clean and staff are nice they just don’t make good coffee.

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life! I ordered through the app to pickup drive thru I watched the girl making my drinks put classic syrup in both of them after specifically stating on the drink specifications NO syrup. When she hands me the drinks I asked her did they have drip she hesitated and stated no. I tried the drinks and they contained a massive amount of syrup…. So I park the car and walk in. The same girl from the drive thru comes up and asks what’s wrong I told her both drinks have syrup like I asked you about at the window and you stated no. She said oh gosh and started to remake them. When she handed me the second round she made they were so pale they looked like they fainted and I ordered extra expresso so I told her those are not right either they’re too pale and there’s no way that contains extra shots because I get these all the time. The girl continued to argue with me that they were made correctly until a different employee walked over to take over the third remake as the one who messed the drinks up twice. I asked for the rude girls name and she just dumbfoundely stared at me and after a few minutes said why I said because I need to know. She was the only person in the facility without a name tag….. received the third round of remakes and the venti cups were not even full. These employees do not know how to make the drinks and are the rudest Starbucks employees I have ever met. Whiteville Starbucks is beyond horrible and poorly run. Getting you drinks take forever and you can specify what you want but they’re gonna give you whatever they feel like making. Rude horribly managed and time consuming. Don’t waste time or money here it’s not worth the headache.
