You can always make a new friend at Duffy’s. Customers are friendly and employees are attentive. I’ve met some life-long friends here. Excellent Scotch and bourbon options. They have a touch tunes juke box so you can have a drink and play your own music. You can even bring in your own food and watch the game. They have games such as darts, shuffle board, a long bar and high top seating. In my opinion, it’s the best place for a beer and conversation. If old fashions are your thing, you might want to hit up some other place on Madison. This is a great drink a beer, sip on some bourbon and have good conversations type of place.

The bouncer was incredibly rude when trying to get in. It was my brother’s 21st birthday and he wouldn’t let him in because he had a vertical ID due to being the first day of him turning 21. I asked him if I could speak to a manager or a supervisor and he said no and pushed us out. I asked for his name and he called me a pebble to him. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Would not recommend. My friend and I was just looking for a spot to unwind and have a cocktail. The bar was empty with only one other guy and we still felt uncomfortable. Before we could finish our first margarita the bartender an older lady was offering to make our second drink as if we were being rushed out. I won’t be returning as a customer.
