I called in an order to this location today, three different sandwiches and it was kinda a lot to do. But the sandwhiches were PERFECT! The bread was fresh and the cookies were cooked just right. Probably the best meatball sub I’ve ever had from subway!

Went in two young people working. They had only one type of bread and then flat bread they had hardly no veggies. The young man handling money then didn’t change gloves before he handled our sandwich for our son then took our cash and still didn’t change gloves before going to put his hands in the veggies for the next persons sandwich. That’s so unsanitary. I hate giving anyone bad reviews but this was just gross.

The best Subway I’ve been to in a long time. My daughter and I ate inside the location and I was truly amazed at the customer service. You don’t get kind, patient customer service like myself and everyone else who entered the doors did. The place was SO CLEAN as well! Great Job ozark Subway!!

Amazing and clean store. customer service, is amazing!!! Awesome hospitality!! The folks, who work here. are amazing and made my Sub just the way I like it!! Very organized. And and extremely happy folks!! The young, lady, who made my sub, mrs. (“Abbey”) made myself just the way I want it and I can have no complaints. I am very grateful for her and she is an awesome person I think she deserves a raise. along with her personnel that she was working with.

The bread was hard as a rock could have been used as a bat, chicken was ice cold, banana peppers was old, cookies wasn’t done, and they refused to give me money back spent $30 on two sandwiches and 3 cookies not only was that a rip off but couldn’t even eat the food. Horrible just plain horrible. They will not ever get another penny from me promise you that!!!!!!

My fiancé and I were craving some subs for a week and we finally gave in tonight! The store was clean, everyone was friendly, and Shelby who made our subs was the bomb! My fiancé loves a lot of toppings on his sub and Shelby matched the expectation he was hoping for. My sub was made perfectly, and I even got cookies which I normally never get. Whenever we decide to make it a subway night we will have to request Shelby. She was down to earth, personable, had a smile on her face, and has lightning quick hands! Shelby you deserve a raise hunny! Thank you for making our night a great one!

Although the employees are very nice, there needs to be consistency in how the sandwiches are made at this store. I ask for “LIGHT MAYONNAISE” & most of the time, my sandwich is dripping with it. I’m at home by the time I see my dripping sandwich & I’m not driving back to have it re-done. I’ll be taking a Subway break for a while. This has happened multiple times, so here I am finally complaining about it. To get what you want, you have to watch them make your sandwich & forget about ordering online. Maybe someone will figure out how to fix this issue.

My wife placed an online order at 7:50 at the 1344 suite C location here in ozark for our order to be ready at 8:20. We arrived at 8:20-25. I went into the store to be told that they haven’t received our order and that I ordered from the Walmart location instead. Thankfully my wife had taken a screenshot of the confirmation and sent it to me. So pulling out my phone I showed them that it was this store in which we had ordered. They told me that they will make our food right away. Ok that’s fine and I tell them what the sanwhiches were. I stepped out to my car to talk with my wife as we wait and we wait and we wait… In total now it has been almost an hour since we placed the order. I go inside and get told oh well she is making them now and will bring them out to you. Ok they are giving me the strangest looks like I should not be in the store. I answer ok and turn to leave. As I do I look at the cutting board and there is our order printed out that they said they never recieved… so how is it that I am being made to feel wrong about the situation?! Needless to say we get home to eat our food and it has been sloppily put together and has the bare minimum of toppings!! I mean just wow… Maybe sometime in the near future we MAY decide to think about eating there again…

Ordered online and paid. Walked in to pick up order and the heavy set girl said they did not have any orders for me. Then said she was sorry I already paid but could not give me the food. I showed the guy that was working the email confirmation and he promptly gave me the food. I think the girl was trying to steal.

This is the best Subway I have ever been, but I had weird experience today. At first, I would say that I respect all the religion and understand that everyone has their own belief. The young African American cashier started talking about religion and it felt like I am in the church, and someone is trying to convert me. This is not professional at all. I didn’t like how she talked about the religion I am following. Religion is someone’s personal choice and should not be discussed at any business place where someone is trying to order food. “UNPROFESSIONAL and not to mention ARROGANT”
