Had a two nice sandwiches today. Speedy service and helpful employees. Bread was fresh and the meat/tuna tasted just great. The only down side was two of the five booths had boxes stacked on them so only three of the tables could be used.

Amber The general manager consistently yelled at me and canceled my order. Then told me i ordered on an app when I ordered online then told me it was a customer pickup and it wasn’t then threw my food away while I was trying to repay for my order! if I were you I wouldn’t order anything from there she was very rude and very unprofessional.

first time i went here it was great, the next time, the woman making the sandwich cut the break horribly and the next person had to fix her mistakes. she was also on her phone with gloves on and didn’t change them before touching the food. today i went and the same woman from the time before made the sub. she didn’t stuff the fixings in before wrapping it and just rolled the whole thing in the sauce and toppings that spilled out. she didn’t tuck in the sides of the paper, tape it, or cut the sub. the ends were open and you could see the toppings falling out. next time i would ask for a different person than the lady with the face tattoos to make my sandwich

absolute worst experience of my life I have a half an hour for lunch and spent 25 minutes of it in line waiting for them to make my sandwiches at which point they made them look terrible over cooked my sandwich the bread was hard and I didn’t even get all the ingredients I asked for the second person working didn’t want to bother with my sandwiches they decided they were going to walk back and forth reading a piece of paper they could have just as easily taken to the other end of the station to work on the sandwiches instead of wasting so much valuable time I don’t even have time to eat they didn’t put any dressing on my second sandwich

They have the kids in the sitting area (friends what it looks like) when customers come inside to sit. Lack of items bread veggies etc. Especially at night idk who works morning/afternoon but they need to help stock up for the night shift. I like coming to your establishment but also the lack of authority from adults inside is a mess. I can go on and on and on with the way it’s being run just by visiting ur subway, and I’m either inside or online but inside mostly. The 3-star service is great when Octavia Liz and this one guy are working not sure his name. You have this guy whose nose is just nasty!

Do not go here. Employee at the counter that was making the subs, was touching her phone and then directly touching the food. When I asked them to throw the sub away and change their gloves they took the food off the sub and put it back in the food containers. Disgusting and lost appetite. DO NOT GO HERE.

Brown lettuce and green tomatoes? Guess we’re celebrating spooky season a little early. Asking for fresh lettuce and tomatoes must be asking a lot for someone who works at subway. I walked in hungry and excited to get my sub and walked out utterly disappointed with the customer service, the smell and the lack of food safety and Sanitary at this location. Hope you guys lower the price of your subs if this is the quality you offer. Thanks you for adding to the spooky season with this terrible experience. Good luck on your establishment here.
