Server was very pleasant. The vegetable soup was good. French onion soup was all onion; some cheese, a few croutons. Don’t recommend Reuben Melt nor Patty Melt. Food was NOT fresh. Sauerkraut had no taste. Not sure what the meat was; it wasn’t corned beef. Told the server about the smell of the Patty Melt. He gave a short response and took it away. We do not plan to return. Breakfast might be good. But this experience was too bad for us to consider returning.

I’m a little confused about what I was served here. They gave me cold coffee ☕ (twice, one a tad warmer than the previous). My guest had really crispy corned beef hash (too crispy for them). My potatoes were ummm potatoes? I was kinda surprised they didn’t season it at all. I guess you are welcome to use the salt and pepper on the table?

My overeasy eggs didn’t have any crispy edges (my preference) but they also weren’t seasoned. The turkey links I ordered were rather chewy. When I say chewy I mean it (especially the ends). I feel like it was over cooked in the microwave

I will say the two pancakes were good. The powdered sugar was a nice touch!

I will give them another try but if we get the same thing I definitely will lower my rating here. I don’t normally go out of my way to give a negative review but my whole meal including drink was a horrible experience.

I hope this was an off day for the restaurant (was 8am on a Sunday). The dining room was decorated nicely. They had a good amount of chairs and tables for multiple sizes of guests.

It is a nice little find tucked away in a business park. Breakfast was delicious very quick service. Check it out if in the area only open breakfast and lunch. Menu has a lot to choose from.

Wonderful place for breakfast /brunch !! Great for family and kid friendly. They even had a sectioned off area if you have a large party. Lots of variation. The coffee cups are HUGE and the coffee was sooo good. Service was great and so quick. Will definitely go again.

We can here for Father’s day and in memoria for my wife’s dad who’s name is Santiago. It was busy and we got seated right away for a seating of four. It took 30 mins for our order to come. Food portions are good. Location is clean. Service is okay.
I am still thinking if I want to come back again.

Santiago’s is a warm friendly place, both employees and customers, that at least on Sunday mornings reminds one of Sam Malone’s Cheers, everybody knows everyone’s name. Appealing decor, sizable portions, reasonable prices. My black coffee was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my western omelet with home fries and rye toast.

Located in the Babylon Business Campus off of Horsham Road accessed via Sheehy Drive the building still has signs that say Parkside Cafe but there is no mistaking that you are entering Santiago’s. Primarily an American oriented menu but many of the specials as well as regular items do have a southwestern/Mexican flair. Nice little gem that won’t disappoint.

Great spot for breakfast AND lunch! The sweet potato fries are a MUST! The menu has a little something for everyone! Pictured is the Hangover – fried chicken with bacon, egg, and hollandaise sauce!? Absolute winner!

The food is alright but nothing special, but the staff is pretty friendly and kind. The portion sizes for especially lunch food can be very lacking. Also, the prices can be a bit high for a lot of the food items the place has to offer. Overall though it’s a decent hidden restaurant to check out and get a bite to eat.

We enjoyed our meal at Santiago’s. We ordered a Spanish omelette and the Santiago special, which included eggs, home fries, choice of breakfast meat, and choice of pancakes or French toast. We had leftovers for breakfast again

Unfortunately a terrible experience here this morning. My family and I have been coming here for years, but won’t be back after today. Cost for the food and service now seriously out of whack. Today I ordered “3” eggs with a side of pork roll. The 3 egg portion was laughable, barely one egg and never even received my toast. Waitress never even came back to fill our waters or check on us in anyway. My family’s portions were also terribly small and nowhere close to worth the price. After the tip and CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE we spent over $81 for a subpar breakfast. Ashame.
