First I wanna start off and Say I love Taco bell. I also wanna say I myself work in the customer service food industry, so putting up a bad review isnt something I intentionally set out to do. However, finding hair in my food is unacceptable. When I first saw it I had to do a double take. Made sure it wasn’t mine and it wasn’t orange or red so I ruled that out. Thats when panic set it. I immediately reported the issue to doordash and they simply offered 6 dollars in credits to fix the issue. Sadly upon finding hair in my food my appetite is now gone and money is now wasted.
Next time I have a tacobell craving ill go in to get my food so I can check it before hand which is sad.

I was with four people this evening and it was extremely cold that night and I went into the Taco Bell first because I needed to use the ladies room and they stood there and stared at me and repeated over and over like a robot that I needed to be a customer and I said again I need to use the ladies room we are customers they just haven’t entered the store yet. However after giving me the most third degree I have ever been given by a stranger another 3 minutes went by and two of my passengers entered and ordered tacos and then they Buzz the door to let me in. The atmosphere was an extreme bummer I was told by my passengers that the food was extremely pricey as well. And I won’t be going back there

The meet in my chalupa wasn’t seasoned. Put that really wasn’t the big problem. I left a full drink on the counter and stepped outside was about to leave but I came back in because I forgot my drink and when I went in to ask for my drink, the guy lied and said that there was no drink. I said there was a drink , and he just shrugs , and puts his hands up like ,” oh well”. To be honest , at this point in the day I didn’t have any energy , to argue with anybody , but I can tell this wasn’t going anywhere so I walked away. In conclusion, I had an all around bad experience at this horrible Taco Bell with these horrible people. Thank you for your time, hopefully you had a better experience than me.

This is my favorite Taco Bell location. The manager and employees are super friendly and the location is kept clean despite being in Newark. Food always comes out with generous portions and has me coming back on the regular. Great job!

I eat at Taco Bell a LOT… This is a model Taco Bell. Selena took my order, was super patient with my indecisive and picky self. She was noticeably quick on the register, and quick to approach the front counter when we walked in. The food was actually right to my order and they didn’t skimp on filling the tortillas and nacho cheese which I greatly appreciate. Our order came out quick and the dining area was clean.

After purchasing over $20+ on tacos etc (from the drive thru) @ about 9pm I drove around to the parking lot and walked up to the restaurant door to asked if I could use the restroom (and wash my hands). First of all the doors for “dine-in” (which says it should currently be open) were already locked and when the young man finally acknowledged me he rudely told me no before I finished my sentence and then proceeded to shut the door in my face and walked away.

As a person who grew up in the streets of NEWARK! This is what gives us the bad rep of ghetto & trashy ! && it doesn’t have to be that way!! SMH it makes me sad I’m being rather fair putting even 1 star after my last few visits, at times it’s ok(JUST OK) it’s a hit or miss type of place! yesterday I ordered food and the chicken looked like it sat overnight and they warmed it up it was HARD AS A ROCK!!! Mind you it was only 11am !!! completely disgusting and disrespectful. & the service isn’t the most greeting place at all! Definitely needs better management & serve safe training for employees. There’s some things you just don’t do! This is a fast food restaurant! There is guidelines & rules to service of food! People nowadays don’t care! It’s sad! IF I WERE YOU , TAKE THE EXTRA 6min DRIVE TO THE ONE IN BELLEVILLE ON WASHINGTON AVENUE!

This is the best TB I’ve ever been to, definitely worth the 15 minute walk from my campus. They have great service and double check my order to make sure I got everything I needed. I get my order quickly every time and the workers are so sweet!
