I placed an order online despite the 2 star review I seen online. They totally screwed it up, after i waiting for an hour they finally stated the order had been canceled but couldn’t tell me how or why, this was after one guy said it was being made. Trust the reviews, the fact that they have 2 stars is surprising. It should be lower. I won’t be back and they totally screwed up my super bowl dinner plans.

Not one thing in my order was correct. I kind of understand because there are normally kids working at these places. When I called to let management know, the voicemail was full, when I called to act like I was ordering something, the voicemail was full. Absolutely everything was wrong. Not a single thing was correct. I will attach pics to show just how much no one cared. Two of the three were supposed to be bone in bot even the correct seasoning, one of the three was supposed to be boneless and they literally couldn’t even get that flavor close to correct. Very disappointing. Never again. Beware.

First time at this location. Wings were cooked to perfection, but they were way oversauced. I got lemon pepper and buffalo mild. The lemon pepper had so much rub that I was had to chew the rub. Of course I could not eat them. The buffalo mild were really good. Too bad the sauce was so heavy that it was as thick as ketchup. I was able to wipe two off and eat them. But it took too much time so I ultimately gave up. Only ate 2 and 1/3 of the meal. The fries were good and fresh. I asked for no salt, but they were salted. The chicken tenders were great, according my lunch date. Next time I go I will try them.

The cashier that took out order was very nice and polite first of all but the food was horrible. The wings my husband got they was so small they would fill a baby up. Second my order of wings had so many feathers on them it turned my stomach. The corn was not seasoned and tasted very bland. I will not be returning to this location at all. It is not worth my health o me getting sick.

No wonder this is a 2.6. This store really lacks direction, which is management’s problem. If online orders can’t be met on a two hour frame maybe management should me present during busy hours to direct accordingly. My second wing stop location with service disappointment. The brand has to better with management. The brand is fine it’s the ppl running it.

A very special and huge shout out to Mrs. Debbie! I ordered online and accidentally selected carry out instead of delivery. At the time I had no way to get there so I was blowing their phone trying to get someone on the line and I finally got Mrs. Debbie. She was assisting me on the phone with trying to cancel the order so I can reorder it thru the delivery service but we couldn’t figure it out. She then asks for my address and said she’ll bring the order to me! Listen- I was at a loss of words bc this was such a kind and extremely nice gesture. She delivered my food and was just so sweet and polite. I wanted to hug her! I offered to tip thru cashapp or Apple Pay, she didn’t have any of those and said she’s ol’skool and if I could just leave a review. So Mrs. Debbie if you see this, I really really appreciate what you did and I will not forget you! I hope you have the most beautifully blessed days ahead! And the food was good and fresh- so please if yall go into the Wingstop off 70 in Clayton – give Mrs. Debbie her flowers bc this woman was out here doing the Lord’s work!

I’m completely disappointed in this Wingstop and will never order from them again. The cost of the food greatly exceeds the amount and quality that you receive. I spent over $20 on my order. I got ten of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen, a handful of soggy fries, and a soda that was 90% ice. The value isn’t worth the cost at all. I’ve gotten more for less at Sheetz, Pizza Hut, DQ, or literally any other place. I’ve added pictures to show you the ridiculousness.

My son really loves chicken wings and this place for takeout. The last two times we’ve went in the staff has been so incredibly friendly. Charles is so nice. We were in there recently when a DoorDash driver took our bag/order by mistake and Charles was so apologetic and professional and made sure we got our order in the best timely manner that he could. The DoorDash driver walked up and grabbed a bag not looking to make sure it was the correct bag/order and walked out. We were told this happens more than it should and then the establishment gets a bad review from the customer because of a DoorDash drivers mistake. I’m here to say that the establishment is so clean and the staff is polite, friendly and professional. We will continue to get our takeout “wing cravings” from here! They are awesome!

I made a delivery order for some wings and it has cost me almost 20 dollars the potatoes were frozen and super full of salt and as with a sugar flavor and burnt super unpleasant I could not eat them the wings were not bad with them but those potatoes disappointed me a lot they should improve the quality of the products
