Had an Ice Capp melt waiting for the drive through which they have a problem filling orders well before you get to the window. It happened two weeks ago but apparently I have to call the very day it happens because it’s completely different!?
No it’s a replacement after I’ve seen elderly men walking in here and complained that their card has always been accepted every day and then the staff gives them a free coffee when he’s obviously trying to scam the store. While I but 2-3 ice Capps a day here. BS

I ordered a Steep 3C/2S tea, but once again I was given black coffee instead. I returned it and clearly asked for my tea again — and they gave me coffee again. This has been happening for the past three days. Every day I’ve had to return my drink.
This is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of attention and care in customer service. Repeated mistakes like this are unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training.

Have noticed since the renovations that the experience at this Tim Hortons drive through has deteriorated. From not having sausage, bacon or English muffins, to order errors on not marking which sandwich is which, to providing bacon when sausage was ordered and vice versa, a cord that is not a convenient length to process payments. But most importantly the staff has changed and no longer provides the same level of service as in the past!
Thanks for reply, but already have been down the Help path suggested about 4 weeks ago with the promise of a phone call and still waiting for that call. Have moved on to another establishment that serves breakfast!

Got dumped in the corner booth at Tim’s. Brutal. Thought my night was done until Raj, absolute legend behind the counter, walked over with a box of Timbits and said,
“Bro, she doesn’t deserve you or these sugar-coated miracles.”
Man kept me supplied with double-doubles like emotional support beverages and checked on me between rushes like a therapist with a headset.
When I was too heartbroken to drive, Raj called me an Uber and said, “You’ll be alright, buddy. Happens to the best of us.”
Five stars. If I ever get dumped again, I’m choosing Tim Hortons and I’m choosing Raj.
