The worker who takes my orders is the best! Lisa is very down to earth and funny as hell. Everytime I come from break I can always count on her take my orders while we share funny stories. Seriously the freakin best!

On multiple occasions have I come down after placing a mobile order 25-30 minutes prior to heading down and it has not been ready. The only time I find my Mobile order is ready and made right is when Arianna is working. She is a wonderful employee and takes good care of her customers! As far as the other employees go they should all take notes from her!

I go here EVERYDAY but not anymore: the service is terrible! I ordered an extra coffee and couldn’t get a refund the girl said she already made it did not even offer then I tell the manager I did not get my free donut for free donut Friday mind you I ordered two other coffees and come everyday and she just stared at me and said the donut is 1.33 I am so disappointed that they could not even make an everyday customer happy
