i used to go to subway a lot until they got rid of the flat bread. the service was amazing when it was over by greers, once it moved to college square, it’s become awful. i went to school with several of the workers and they all know me. however they’re still rude, hard to hear because of how low they talk and just don’t want to be there. i went back yesterday seeing that they had the flat bread back. wasn’t even able to get a sandwich because they had the store closed down at 8:30 (they don’t close till 9). this has happened several times in the past and when i spoke with the manager she told me they weren’t allowed to do that, i know we aren’t allowed to do that were i work and if we even though of closing down the entire store just to clean we’d be chewed out. if it takes us an hour after close to clean, we’re there till 11 instead of 10, no if ands or buts about it. that’s how it should be at subway. yeah you’re tired and want to go home but that’s still not how a business should be run. there was 3 other people that were going to walk in when i did who were also turned away.

Every time I come to this Subway, I immediately regret it… and not because of the food. The young employees clearly do not want to be there and make sure you feel the same. No greeting, no “Can I help you?”, just blank stares like you’ve personally ruined their day by walking in.
They don’t guide the process, don’t speak unless you speak first, and rush you through your order like it’s an inconvenience for them to make it. I’ve literally had to ask if I was done after checkout because the girl just walked away without a word.
As someone who’s worked about 10 years in retail/customer service positions, I know that providing good customer service isn’t hard, but it is a choice. And the workers at this subway choose to do the absolute bare minimum.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but if this is the standard, I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere. Do better. I’d rather eat gas station sushi than go back here.

I got home with our sandwiches and one was great but the two on white bread was raw bread on the inside. I spent 44.78 on these sandwiches. She said save them and bring them back when i come back in a week and she would remake them. I dont think so. We have ordered there so many times. Never again. Thanks for your time.

For years, this Subway has been problematic, mainly with its tendency to hire moody, immature teenagers and other unprofessional personnel who have evidently been working there way too long. There are occasionally exceptions to this, but they don’t last long, and they are far too few and far too between for me to say that my experience has been all that positive. Subway overall has yet to genuinely update its menu or its tiresome ingredients, merely switching sandwich toppings around and trying to pass it off as a brand-new product.

The particular crew currently working here exudes peculiar and disquieting behavior, ranging from multiple of its gossiping female employees staying in the bathroom simultaneously, intended for only one occupant at a time, to some of their non-employee classmates slipping behind the counter at night doing who knows what in the kitchen, and they often grumble at me while making my sandwich. Even more disturbing, grown men in their 20s and 30s have shown up out of nowhere at night and come in trying to romance the underage female employees. And I simply do not know what it is as to why every time there is a ball game, cheerleading competition, or whatever other extracurricular activities going on in this town that compels everyone to constantly overcrowd the dining room.

Thanks to careless patrons, tables are often times left soiled with bits of food and spilled beverages; I’ve had to scrape jalapeños, olives, pepperoni, and chicken off my boots after walking in there. I routinely have to wipe the table and seat off before sitting down and eating every time I dine in. Half the time, the men’s room is a horrific mess. One time I asked them to restock the paper towel dispenser, which resulted in the rude teenage employees grumbling and cursing me under their breaths. The mediocre country music they play is also obnoxious, incessant, and is severely lacking in variety, much like their menu. And they’ve also gotten into the pernicious habit where the only thing to drink is predominantly sweet tea, which might as well be hummingbird nectar, considering how much sugar they put in it; I can’t even taste the tea in it.

As I said, not every employee is bad here, but it’s simply not enough to absolve the countless egregious shortcomings I have experienced here. An incident that occurred today was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. I’ve given this place a good fair try, I wanted to like it, and I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but I think a brand-new crew is desperately in order at this location, as I will not be coming in here again. I have frequented this place far too much as it is.

I used to eat here 3 times a week. I will never be back. I always try to be very nice to the young kids working in there. They have a tough job sometimes and it pays to just be nice. However, I went in yesterday afternoon. When I arrived, a red headed girl in a ponytail was in line to wait on me as she was the only person I could see. Walked up to place my order and then she proceeds to walk behind the wall, whisper something to another employee and then the other employee came to wait on me. I didnt think anything of it but about 30 seconds later, another customer came in and she immediately popped out of the back to wait on this person. Clearly this idiot didnt want to wait on me for some reason. Its absolutely rude and I wont put up with it. Too many other choices and too many other Subway’s in the area to put up with this. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I ordered “The Outlaw” today, as it comes on the menu/in the picture, instead I got what may as well have been a club sandwich. Never had a complaint I actually felt like voicing online, but this is not at all what I ordered.

So I like to go here every once in a while after work between 5 and 6 PM And I would like to give a praise to all the young ladies, especially the redhead. I am always greeted with a bright, vibrant smile, and a hello they are all respectful and professional so Redhead, Blondie with glasses, Freckles, Squeaky voice keep up the good work!!!

I dunno what happened to it, but it used to be good. Half my sandwich was just bread, with maybe a small sprinkling of lettuce and a tiny portion of ham. I’m not joking when i say i say i could comfortably fold my sandwich in half AGAIN to make a terrible sandwich burrito. Tastes alright, not nearly enough filling.
