I really wanted to give this place a shot but I’ve been in twice and have not been served. One person taking orders and making food does not work with multiple customers in line. I guess I’ll have to try the original location that I hear is better. Not that poor guys fault trying to take orders and turn out dogs by himself, I blame the managers and ownership. My frustrations can not be expressed in this review but it involves some ********. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE.

My hotdog was great! I also ordered the special, which was chicken & dumplings. It was delicious, but all of my dumplings except two were very, very small. It was still very tasty. I will try one of the other locations from now on, though. The girl who took my order seemed to be bothered by my presence. She was snarky over a couple of my questions about the menu and generally unfriendly. You don’t have to be overly perky, but hospitality is expected in the service industry.

My husband ordered my hot dog with everything except slaw then open it up and it only has chili and onions. Missing cheese and peppers which is what gives it flavor. So disappointing. This is why I only go to the one on Sullivan St.

Recently walked in for a carry out order. My first time at this location. The food was really tasty and prepared quickly and correct. The only “issue” was the young lady taking the order was new, trainee and not friendly. Handed me the food without saying a word.
