I’m a Freddy’s fan BUT this new place served up the BEST tater tots I’ve had ANYWHERE – they were crispy crunch outside and moist and creamy inside. The guy manning the deep fryer was locked in! Oh yeah, I ordered a customized brisket burger that was excellent – piled high and looking like it was pulled off TV.

This location blew away me and my family during our last visit. Unreasonable hospitality wasn’t just a principal, but it was practiced. Staff was respectful, attentive, and aimed to make our experience phenomenal. 100/100 these staff members are amazing.
Food was pretty good, only issue is… not buffalo or anything.

I wanted to get a free sandwich using my rewards, I also wanted onion rings and a drink. It clearly states on the app that you can’t make the free sandwich a combo. Hence why my card was declining. Older gal came over and was extremely rude about it. I told them to forget it ill just pay it without the rewards and guess what card went through. Better training for employees about the app is needed. Older lady working there needs an attitude adjustment. 01/14/26

Got a concrete supposedly with bananas and cookie dough. There might have been 10 small chocolate chips. There was 1, just one, cookie dough chunk, and ZERO bananas. The prime rib burger was great which is the only reason I gave a 3. Sorry, that’s was a pathetic concrete. And the onion rings had dried up onions in them. I will go back for the burgers and their awesome fries, but I sure know what not to order.

The California Style burger is recommended if it’s your first time with the show string fries and a chocolate shake.

They seem slammed all the time. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of staff or something else. I really like Freddy’s, but the fries were a bit cold/under-cooked last time and the wait was a bit long the last 2 times. I will update the review if I go next time and it has improved.

Brand new built and serves great food. The cheese curds are amazing and the burgers and fries are top notch. It’s a little on the pricey side , but it’s still a great deal for how delicious it is.
