Absolutely wonderful! The owner is warm and inviting; it is evident she loves what she does and cares for her customers. The inside is laid back but elegant and cool, all at the same time. In the summer, the view of the lake must be spectacular~
Service was outstanding from everyone.
Cosmo was great, beer selection good as well, my husband found his new favorite regional beer.
The only thing I can say that wasn’t perfect was that my fish was cool upon arrival, and was watery and bland. I’ll share my fish recipe with you next time we visit!

So happy to welcome Birch and Vine to the neighborhood! The food was delicious and the service was great. Patti was very welcoming and our server Micaela was so sweet! We had the wedge salad, grilled Brussel sprouts, lobster risotto and the blackened salmon. All top notch. Oh and took home the key lime pie! We will be back often with family and friends!

Our first time at Birch & Vine. We will definitely go back again next year while vacationing at the lake. Prices reasonable, food delicious, slow service from the bar but seeing that we had a late reservation and it was the end of summer some staff have probably already gone back to school. Waitress Kim was delightful.

We visited Birch and Vine for the first time last evening. We had a lovely time along with a delicious meal! The owner jumped right in and waited tables with her staff because they were so busy. This speaks volumes to showing how much she cares about her business and customers! She was very kind and we were all impressed with the service and meal!

Can’t say enough about how wonderful Birch and Vine is. The staff is super friendly and competent. The menu is well constructed and the restaurant is beautiful.

We were so excited to visit and looked forward to experiencing the change Birch and Vine intended to bring to the
neighborhood. We were well aware of the negative concerns expressed by the long time loyalists to the Pine Cone and would often defend the inspiration of change both in conversation and online forum.
Two of us dined and had a wonderful time in most part due to the people who were sitting around us at the bar and our interaction with them.
Service had a couple of miss cues however nothing that we couldn’t overlook because we were having such a good time.
After tip, our bill came to $185, we were good with that and asked to speak with Patty the owner with the intention of encouraging her. She blew us off and that led us to feel worthless. But hey…. She got hers
Additional comment after owner response: I totally understand the need to get dishes through the dish pit mid service, but at the end of the night when there were very few patrons left, guest feedback should be your priority IMHO.

What a pleasant surprise this place was. First of all the owner is beyond personal. It’s like you’re at her home. The ambiance is elegant without being pretentious. Now to the food and cocktails. The cocktails were made masterfully, a rare treat in this day and age. The food was delicious and the portion sizes perfect. I’m saddened that this establishment is 3 hours from my home. If you’re in the area you’re certainly missing out if you don’t stop by for at least one meal.
