Ordered a taco pizza, well done… received this…a pizza with soggy crust, no beans and where’s the toppings?! Ironically, the two small pizzas also ordered were burnt. One was made with the wrong sauce as well. Horrible experience.

It looks like they combined two pizzas so that they didn’t have to make a fresh one.
I ordered about an hour before close, so maybe that was a factor. But the bottom line is that this pizza has definitely been doctored in some way. Kinda weird. Kinda pricey for something that looks like it was scrapped together.
As for the pizza itself, I would say it was very light on the cheese. Taste was fine.

This review is for Mazzios at 4205 S Peoria Ave Tulsa, Ok. Order was delivered on August 5, 2024 around 8pm. We ordered a sub, chicken wings, and cheese sticks. I was eating cheese sticks and marinara when there was something that felt like the teeth of a comb in my mouth. I pull it out and it was splintered chicken bones. We called the store right away to let them know of the issue. The manager responded with “what do you want me to do?” My partner responded with “I’m letting you know so someone else doesn’t get sick.” I think they offered coupons for free food. I woke up sick that night and was really worried that I had swallowed some of the splintered bones. (Luckily, I was better after a couple days and just monitored my stool for blood)We then tried calling corporate but couldn’t get anyone to call us back until my partner threatened to call the health department. They said they would issue a credit for the breadsticks. After several calls, messages back and forth and still no credit, the store wanted to come pick up the chicken bones. We left them in a baggy under the doormat for the delivery driver to pick up. Several more messages sent and finally received the credit on August 26th. Terrible customer service from start to finish. I don’t know that I’ll ever be willing to eat there again after this ordeal.

I haven’t even received my pizza yet, but the gentleman who answered the phone was such a professional I’m giving you guys a 5star no matter what. He should be the only one answering. Clear, concise and helpful with the process. Guy should be working for corporate.

Came in to pick up a call in b order at the time they said it would be ready. They said it world be just a few more minutes. 25 minutes later I was still waiting. They couldn’t find my wings and the guy in the back said he made them. He kept fighting with the instead of just making them again. Ten minutes later still no wings. The cook never made them and didn’t start making them when he was asked. Finally he was asked again and again he said he made them. I don’t care what happened to them or if he made them the first time or not. Once they realized they weren’t ready he should have got off his butt and made them again. I waited 30 minutes past the time they said my order would be ready. They were not even busy at the time.

Me and my wife wanted to go to Mazzios to get some carry out, but as we started walking towards the entrance we noticed the inside of one of the drivers cars. After that we ended up leaving, if that’s who they let drive then who’s making the pizzas.

Ordered a large Greek pizza like always always was excellent. This time my pizza had 4 inches of just crust on outer edge of pizza the next 2 inches in was just cheese then what was left in the middle finally had toppings and hardly any didn’t find out tell like 2hrs later it looked like this as I don’t live in Tulsa but every time I pass through I stop at this one only thanks to a friend who lives there and have had many of great pizzas from here. I’ve called and left messages and even filled out the survey to no avail not one person has contacted me to make it right. This happened on 6/26/23 353pm order number 38 ticket number 24792001

I bought a family meal deal. Discussed getting an extra marinara. The lady said we will add that with the bread I said great. Ordered this same meal last week. When the driver arrived I gave him $50 and said keep the change. Then I realized he didn’t give me my bread sticks. He showed me the ticket it wasn’t on there. So I called the 91866444444 back. The lady said that she would have someone listen to the recording of my conversation. Put me on hold. Came back and said that we never discussed family meal deals. Freaking liars!!! That was the entire conversation was about. I know they don’t care, however they just lost a life long customer!!! I got ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m not going to let this go.!!! My neighbor works for corporate !!! It’s semantics!! But I’m not going to accept being ripped off!!

We are regular Mazzio customers. Our veggie pizza had pepperoni on it. Mistakes happen, but Mazzio’s won’t issue any credit or refund for the issue. I guess for some people it’s a free pizza, but as vegetarians, we can’t eat it. Now we have to wait another hour to feed the family.
