Normally, at different locations i’m not very happy with my experience at popeyes, but this was 10/10! i stopped here tuesday after work to pick up dinner for my family, and i was very pleased! Service was fast, chicken was crispy and fresh, and the workers are very nice and gave me a very warm welcome!
A young man with a nose piercing helped take my order and was very nice! He gave me nothing but a positive attitude while taking my order and my food was beyond fantastic. it came out extremely fast too. I will be coming back, great job!

First time visiting this location, and it was very good. The lobby decor and setup was the best I have ever encountered at Popeyes. We were warmly and promptly greeted upon our arrival. Our order was taken and expedited very quickly. The only issue I had was our table was not clean and we had to wipe it down, as my fries were cold and tasted as if they were the last remaining of the batch. My chicken tenders were cold as well, but tasted spicy like I enjoy and remember about them. Overall a very good visit. I would definitely recommend it and return.

I arrived with only 2 cars ahead of me. We all waited 15 minutes before the first was asked for their order. 25 minutes passed before I was at the window. After I paid, 5 minutes passed. THEN… the worker told me, “It will about 15 minutes, we have to cook your chicken.” Like, it couldn’t be cooking while I was waiting behind the only 2 cars in drive through? Then I requested a refund and was told it would take 3 days.

Would give less if I could. Been going to Popeyes 20+ years, since the had the etouffee on the menu. Knew better to order from a 2 star location. Mash was spoiled, Cole slaw luke warm, spicy chicken not spicy or crispy. Could only talk to some bot online and they offered me 600 points, not even enough to order a mash. Escalated to corporate and get contacted 3 days later and the guy asks me for pictures of the spoiled food from Monday. Sorry didnt think to take pictures of crappy food. Will be the last time. You just lost another costumer popeyes.

This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and my order was still wrong. I had to pull back up to the window because they asked me to pull forward as not to run up their drive time. When I got to the window for the second time to inquire about my order no one came. They all looked the girl with the red hair rolled her eyes and the black man with the black shirt looked and walked away. When I received my food I checked and of course it was wrong I had to honk my horn multiple times for them to come back to the window to correct my order. The girl refused to come back and the boy acted like I was being a nuisance. I get home and to my surprise the order is still wrong because none of the meat was spicy like I asked. They gave me frozen desserts. But the worst part is that me and my 2 children ended up getting diarrhea because of this establishment. Having to wait over 30 minutes for 3 meals and two desserts is insane. Also having no one acknowledge the service and behavior is horrible customer service. Forgot to add that at time the order was placed we were the only customers. About 15 minutes after I placed the order they had one customer come. After the 30 minute mark two more customers came. They had 4 employees inside that I could see just walking around.

This location takes about 10 minutes to answer the drive thru order and there’s no line. I’ve come here on different occasions with the hope that it’ll be different, but it’s always the same. Please hire people that actually want to work and provide some type of customer service. Every Popeyes I’ve encountered has been this way.

Cajun fries and mac and cheese were really good . Cole slaw , I would never order again, was thrown out. Music is so loud the cashier could not hear our order. Tables needed to be cleaned. Food was hot and brought to the table.
