They always end up getting my order wrong, they either give me the wrong bread wrong vegetables, they don’t give extra when I ask. Their service is awful as well I called and asked for a refund on an order that was wrong and they acted like I was crazy. This happens every time I order that I get something wrong and the one time I complain and say I got the wrong bread and it’s two six inches instead of twelves than they have an attitude. If you don’t have the ingredients then you should call and inform the person. Or refund the person. I worked at a subway it’s not as hard as they make it.

The service here was ok, however the lady serving put cheese on my wife’s sub when she is dairy free. We had a coupon that was expired and they at first weren’t going to honor it, but thankfully they changed their minds. I’m not a huge fan of the atmosphere here, but it was clean and minimalistic.

The attitudes some of the employees that work here have is ridiculous. I never want to leave a tip.
Why isn’t a manager ever there? These employees NEVER wash their hands, none of the employees currently there do anymore. It grosses me out. I see them touching their dirty phones, handling dirty money, and touching other dirty surfaces and then putting their hands all over the outside of the gloves they are putting on. Does anyone know who can be contacted to stop these dirty habits while handling people’s food? I don’t understand why it isn’t shutdown at this point.

Ordered the BOGO and wanted an Italian bmt footlong they gave me a wrap and I didn’t get any of my banana peppers, cucumbers, etc on it let alone it’s a 6 inch! VERY disappointed. My other sub that was free was perfect!

The old guy here has the craziest attitude for no reason and is so rude and acts like he hates you. Huffing and puffing, throwing the ingredients and more. I asked for extra sweet teriyaki please and he scoffed at me and rolled his eyes?? I purposely avoid this subway bc he might be there and I haven’t been in months and went today and the exact same. Never coming back to this location

Ordered online and they did not toast my sub, forgot our chips and drink. I asked for a cup for Mountain Dew, but there was black stuff in the drink, possibly gnats. The woman was talking on the cellphone the entire time. I had to yell to get her attention. She did not seem to care about the dirty drink, instead she told me to get a bottled drink. I’m scared to eat my sub. Hopefully it isn’t spoiled turkey. I used to love this location, but I will NEVERA be back!!!!
