This is such a special spot for authentic Mexican food on the Eastern Shore, or really anywhere. I would put money on their margarita as being one of the best you’ve ever had, order it your way from bartender GC. And get everything, the apps are great, I have a special place in my heart for the calamari with a house lemon tartar sauce. The quesadilla is ginormous, I personally love the birria with a side of their sautéed mushrooms. Speaking of mushrooms, the mushroom taco may be the best thing you’ve ever eaten. The mushrooms are a sautéed mix of exotic mushrooms. Yum.
I also tried the mole sauce, housemade over tostadas, which they call Enmoladas. The mole takes two days to make. Finally, did I mention the margaritas? The classic with reposado margarita. It’s the best for miles around!

The restaurant is so cute and has a great vibe. The margaritas are amazing! The food is very good – salsas, tacos, quesadillas, chicken wings and churros. The empanadas are a bit hit or miss but have been better the last few times. The beans are soup so I recommend passing on them. Service can be uneven – sometimes great, other times eh. Always have a great time and leave with a happy tummy!

Nothing negative can be said about Easton overall so it’s no surprise that La Bodega was fabulous. I’ll get to the food in a minute but wanted to mention that the restaurant décor is fun, whimsical and inviting, from the live cactus on every table to the neon cactus, the colorful bandana table napkins, the turntable and eclectic record selection and finally the troll cave.
As soon as you are seated, the server brings a plate with mini gluten free banana muffins for everyone at the table – a perfect brunch beginning! We had the amazingly fresh and authentic chicken empanadas, tacos (shrimp & mushroom), an egg/beans/avocado tostada, fried yucca, garlic tostones, and multiple tasty sauces to go with everything. Drinks included the Viva La Vida (watermelon margarita), the Spicy Tropical margarita which was perfectly spicy and not overly sweet, and my partner had the espresso martini with Mezcal that tasted as good as it looked. I’m still thinking about all the deliciousness and can’t wait to come back!

La Bodega is exactly what Easton needed! The food is amazing. Kind of Mexican/Central American/US fusion. The margarita was perfect. Portions were generous, and it was obvious that only quality ingredients were used in the preparations. Our server was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. The ambiance felt like being transported to a trendy urban restaurant. The place was bustling even at 5:45 on a Tuesday evening. I am grateful such a quality restaurant has been established in our cute little Eastern Shore town. I recommend making reservations ahead of time as it seems to always be busy, but this energetic ambiance only added to the experience. La Bodega has easily swooped in to take the trophy for my favorite Easton restaurant. I loved the aesthetic so much, I couldn’t leave without purchasing some of their quality merch. Thank you La Bodega for a great experience and meal, I hope your doors remain open for many years to come!

A.MAZING! This is our new favorite spot. Food was delicious and the servers were attentive/kind/polite. We ordered an appetizer and 3 tacos each and walked out stuffed! Highly recommend!

Food was fresh, fast and delicious. My waiter Alex was very sweet and knowledgeable. The host jasmine was so bubbly and kind. Really made the experience amazing. All in all. Great time. Only recommendation is, could you consider some comfier chairs. Food is to good to be sitting so uncomfortablely lol
