Ezekiel (Z) Made me fall back in love with Subway. Customer service was excellent. Definitely management material. Probably the best tuna sub I’ve ever had from here. He put the right amount of salt and pepper.

The lady making the Subs was new and my order was complicated. She didn’t panic, certainly seemed dumbfounded about how to fix the problem.
The owner of store is such a nice man. He calmly walked from the front cashier back to the Subway counter. He listened to the problem and gave her the information she needed to hear. Problem solved. I did have to tell her to stop adding spinach, it did not look very healthy. I gave her a big tip because I could see her struggle. She needed the encouragement. She will be an expert in no time.

This was my first time eating at this location and it will definitely be my last! All four of my subs were extremely heavy with mayo and I did not ask for extra. I am going to assume the heavy mayo was to cover the fact that none of my subs had cheese on them and they were supposed to! If you are going to eat at this location, please do not use the online service. Go inside and watch as your sub is being made! They so SUCK!

Food was great! However service was pretty slow one seemed to be still in training so that’s no problem the other one telling them what to do had a bit of an attitude it seemed, refilled mayo and made herself a sandwich during a lunch rush… all in all decent

Place is clean usually busy during lunch times and around 3:30/4pm. No seafood sensation (most subways don’t carry it nowadays). This location accepts EBT for cold subs. Okay service I do think they need at least three persons. Don’t go there in you’re in a rush

This is directed to corporate emergency franchisee meeting. You have a major problem with issuing coupons and then the franchisee not accepting the coupon. That is why I’m avoiding Subway!
