That was one of the most delicious food I’ve had.

Each one that we ordered was flavorful, clean tasting and beautifully plated.

We have a very attentive waiter.

The ambience is serene and quiet.

My husband and I was greatly satisfied.
It is a bit on the pricier side but it’s definitely worth it. If our stomach and wallet capacity are unlimited, we would definitely try each food.

We didn’t order drinks so I could not comment on it.

I urge anyone to try it especially if you like or love Japanese food.

This place doesn’t get enough recognition as it deserves. Everything here is excellent the fine dining experience is low key and phenomenal. Each bite and dish is thought out carefully to be flavor bombs. Sitting inside the Papago Inn – it is bar far one of the best restaurants in a hotel around the valley. The bar was a great place to sit at to celebrate an anniversary. This place is great for a date night. The dining room in the back was a ghost town. Friends that have gone have said the same. The bartender provided great service and cocktails were well thought out and just as great as the food. We’d definitely like to come back with friends and have a drink and a bite before an event.

What an experience! Chef came out and delivered some of the dishes which made it extra special. Flavors were so unique but all worked together well, felt like a dining experience. Service was great, everything was clean and fresh.

Hai Noon is a spot you don’t want to miss. The service was prompt and the food came out in a slow yet quick cadence. We ordered the Tuna and Carpaccio for our protein and the Brussels and mushrooms as our sides. Each dish was delivered one at a time by the chef who gave a quick description as he set each plate. The details of each dish were apparent with each flavor being so pronounced that you could taste each ingredient. I highly recommend stopping bynand trying everything.

Creative, thoughtful, layered, beautiful…and most of all…exquisitely delicious food in an amazing Japanese fusion restaurant wedged in a difficult to envision location. But once you get there, it all makes perfect sense.

Menu standouts include meltingly tender pork belly over fried rice, vibrant and flavorful pickles vegetables, a delightful seafood carpaccio, ceviche, and a chocolate mole desert bite that will make you regret everything bad you ever said about cloves. Every dish features a thoughtfully curated combo of locally sourced and internationally imported ingredients, prepped, cooked, and presented with casual precision. Everything hits. If you can, spring for the tasting menu. It’s full of surprises and worth every penny.

Service is warm and personable, including dish presentations from the chef. Our waiter was so happy to share and laughed along with us through the meal as a kindred spirit.

Cocktails kick butt, too, in a hip bar enhanced by a backing track from a record collection your geekiest indie vinyl fan wishes he had in his milk crate.

Don’t think, just go…and talk about it lovingly from that point forward with anyone who cares about the unifying power of a great meal in a great spot.

What an incredible dining experience. Everything was so delicious and unique. The mushrooms were our favorite. The chef bringing the food out was such a treat. Chris and Arizona were awesome and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

Was blown away by this place. It’s inside a dingy, older hotel, but don’t allow the looks fool you. We sat at the bar on a Friday, fairly early. The bartender was great, as well as food runners (restaurant servers). There wasn’t one thing on that little menu that we didn’t love. All cocktails were superb. Check it out of if you like a unique experience. Try the mushrooms in a bag! Yum

Hai noon is definitely a culinary experience with small bites and high prices so be prepared! Each dish however had such depth in flavor. Cute little restaurant inside a remodeled motel. We had the special squash blossoms which my partner loved and the pork belly and mushroom rice was extremely flavorful! We would’ve loved to try more just a bit pricey.

Was in Scottsdale for a few nights and stumbled upon Hai Noon and boy it did not disappoint. The restaurant is inside a hotel and is pretty small, but feels intimate and fancy. Service was phenomenal. I really enjoyed the explanation of dishes as it they came out, and the food was out of this world. It was so good, my husband and I legitimately thought about coming back for lunch and dinner the next day just to eat everything on the menu. But, our stay in AZ was short and we wanted to explore more, and that’s the only reason that kept us away. And in hindsight…we should’ve gone back. Nothing matched the experience and food at Hai Noon.

Plates are similar to tapas and a bit on the pricey side, but well worth every penny!
We ordered pork belly buns, miso egg plant, garlic mushrooms, and seared tuna. Every dish was five stars across the board. After each first bite, we’d look at each other incredulously, just shocked at how good it was. This place is now permanently on our “must have” list for whenever we return to Phoenix/Scottsdale again.

Truly a hidden gem.

This is a charming restaurant! The food is tapas fabulous! The special cocktails are delicious and unusual. I have dined many times at the exceptional Uchi in Scottsdale & Austin and found this little resturant as exceptional. Quirky as it is situated within the Papago renovated motel! Excellent meet up bar, super cozy. Finally what a wonderful staff with the chefs serving the speciality items. I am absolutely making Hai Noon a repeat favorite.
