Ordered some nachos and wasn’t told until after my purchase that I have to pick a bag of chips to use as my chips base so no corn tortilla chips, then ordered some chicken to go on the side handed me a container with cold chicken and told him I was eating here. Finally didn’t give me a basket for nachos the cheese and chicken was not fitting in there bag of chips overall felt like I wasn’t sold what I asked for and was given the atmosphere of are you dumb and please eat and get out. Ps took pictures will post of the nachos.

I walked up to order and the associate asked what I wanted, (not how may I help you, how may I make your order).
My response was, “Can I get a smile first?” He looked at me and said stone cold faced “This is my smile!”
NO SMILE!
He made my order and I looked for his name on his Subway name badge, imagine no name?!
I thought WOW, I guess giving customer service here does not require a smile!

I’ve never been so mad at a restaurant. Story: long day of driving across the state with my wife and three kids. We had a rough morning and just needed some food. Kids got chicken at the walmart deli, then we went to Subway so my wife and I could get sandwiches and we could all sit down and eat. As soon as we walked in we were told that our kids could not bring their nuggets in and eat. I explained that my wife and I were buying sandwiches and asked if my family could sit together and eat. I was told “no” so my kids sat down on the floor by the walmart entrance so we could keep eyes on them, but then the auto doors kept opening and the employee said our kids could bring their food into subway but not eat it. I understand a policy of “no outside food” but we were paying customers (my wife got a sandwich but I lost my appetite and decided to eat somewhere else) and we were a tired family that just needed 15min to eat. The lack of common sense and humanity demonstrated by the employee following a policy just really made me upset. Call it a perfect storm scenario if you want, but not letting kids eat with their parents was a bad move.

Veggies were fresh, service was great. The lady, without any hesitation or frustration, helped my 2 kids build a half and half they shared. Prices were decent but we got the $5 foot long. They could add more options to that menu..?

When on an auntie date with my niece and nephew here. The inside has resently been remodeled. Its very sleek. The workers were patient while we figured out what the kiddos wanted and got them ordered. The other customers were huge Karens and didnt seem to understand how children worked, but the staff was nice and worked worh us.

Asked young man for Power Bowl which is supposedly equivalent to foot long.
Would NOT cut up the meat or cheese and then charged me extra due to it being a bowl.
Handed over plastic fork and knife that did nothing.
Had same meal night before in Ritzville with no problems .

Love this location, best Subway in Moses Lake. Went in at 630pm on Saturday Nov. 30th and the two gals working were attentive and engaged with the customers. Had everything we wanted and were great at suggesting. Will be back.

I ordered the bacon ranch bowl the bowl was half empty the chicken tasted undercooked and they didn’t add enough lettuce. She took her sweet time making our order disappointed in quality and service.

I love subway. But this one particular restaurant is obsessed with profit margin and that’s just insulting.
They used to slice vegetables extremely thin. They also used to break green peppers in tiny bits. But now they actually started USING A SCALE to weight youre meat. Seriously.
The employees are probably excellent but the manager needs to get smarter than that.
