This is going to be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered the Dual pepperoni with extra pepperoni and add bacon with extra bacon. There’s not a single piece of bacon on this whole thing but the manager told me he made it himself and he put bacon on it 100%. The store is full of liars if you order extra they don’t give you any extra. Don’t waste your time go to Domino’s LOL Adel Pizza Hut is trash.

Ordered a large pizza for pickup at stated close (10pm) as i wouldn’t be able to actually eat the thing til at least 10:30pm. Location manager assured me this would be fine, then made me take the pizza at 9:30pm. Had i been told this at time of order i wouldn’t have placed it as that’s a minimum full hour i had to wait before I could eat my cold pizza…
They also didn’t have the dipping sauce that i requested and then didn’t actually provide my second choice with the food.
Would have rather cancelled my order, and definitely wouldn’t have tipped, as all of that was contingent on them doing what they said they’d do…

The first time I went there for dinner, the service was beyond horrible, and we waited a very long time for our food, after they brought out the kids dinner first. An employee did try to make it right with a free pizza to go, so I decided to give another chance. The second time (and last) was yesterday for one sausage pizza. Our pizza had a long, thin chunk of cardboard from a box baked into it, and my daughter found a pepper on her slice.

This was the second time I had ordered from them. The first time I paid an exorbitant amount ( over 20.00) for my pizza given it was a small and there were very little toppings on it. This time my friend and I went in on it we ordered a large meat lovers during a time when it was advertised as 14.99 they said that didn’t apply to them so I paid the 20.00 and some odd cents. I’m writing this after being sick all evening. It was by far one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. So with rude staff and lousy pizza I will NEVER patronize this place again
