It’s an absolutely beautiful place to eat after a morning soak in the hot springs. Even when it’s –1°C outside, it feels wonderfully warm and cozy inside, and you can truly enjoy a delicious breakfast made with fresh, healthy ingredients. Today I had eggs Benedict with baby spinach — simply perfect — all served in an atmosphere of genuine friendliness and kindness. ❤️

Our breakfast was amazing. Service was perfect, Sarah is the best! We ordered the Drunken Logger omelette, Corned Beef Hash, and the Challah Bread French Toast. All so good!

We were first time here. I ordered Wind River Reuben. It was so delicious. I like the location: amazing view from windows , cozy inside. I will recommend this place to all my friends. Tucker served us. I am satisfied with his service. He deserves a raise.

Much larger breakfast menu than the online direct restaurant link gives. Waitress was very attentive and helpful. Got right in with no wait for breakfast. And because we got here right before lunch flipped over they let us order off both the menus! View from the second story window seat looking out over the golf course was so pretty. Napkins were very soft, high quality.
Most bad reviews I noticed were from 4+ years ago so I think their current star count (4.3) is on the low side. I feel they’re at least 4.7 based on today’s interaction.

Oatmeal was good. Nothing outstanding but also it’s oatmeal. Lol. Fresh fruit like blueberries would make it better. 9/10 for oatmeal. Lol.
French Toast was above average. Delicious, but could have used a tiny bit more egg to make it more moist. The blackberry sauce was excellent. 7/10
Stuffed Hashbrowns were everything you could hope for and more. So much inside, not overly salty gravy so it balanced perfectly with the crispy hashbrowns and salty bacon and sausage. Highly recommend. 10/10
Forest Mushroom Melt was amazing. Better than the hashbrowns and the hashbrowns were outstanding. They really stuffed it full of delectable mushrooms and huge, whole garlic cloves. Best thing of the stuff we got. Highly recommend. 11/10
Creme Brulee was good. Flavor was on point for the custard. Top was perfect crispy and full 1 mm thick. Blackberry was good but underwhelming. It was, however, cold, and would have been much better warm. 7/10

Figured we would try a new place out and was extremely disappointed by this place. I got the club sandwich and she got the BLT. Fries are extremely salty and sandwiches are slapped together. We both decided to try out the bread pudding as well and quite frankly I took a picture cause I had to laugh when I opened it and I’ll spare you the jokes that were made upon opening it. For 80 dollars we ended up letting the food sit in our fridge for a couple of days before throwing it away cause no one wanted to eat it. After you see the picture I feel like nothing else needs to be explained……

Second time staying at the hot springs decided to try here for breakfast it was soo good !! As we walked in we were greeted with friendly good morning from everyone . The server she was super friendly and helpful in helping us make delicious choices for breakfast. We will be going back tomorrow . Thank you all

My husband and I had dinner here while we were at Carson Hot Springs. Food was fantastic and service was great. I had the salmon and my husband had the New York strip. We’ll definitely be back.
