Placed an order from the official website for pick up. Sent my husband to grab it and when he arrived, the door was locked and it was super dark inside. When they came to let him in, my husband said he was there for a pickup order and the worker said they didn’t have any orders. My husband told them our order and they made it but then charged him AGAIN, so we paid for the food twice. Our calzones weren’t cooked all the way… cheese not even melted. Definitely will not be ordering again.

Tasted ok, but there was a lot of raw dough in my spinners and it didn’t come with garlic butter as advertised. Also paid to add garlic butter and garlic in my calzone and didn’t get either of those either.

2 stars because I’m happy to see the restaurant. I graduated college in 2018 and when I use to visit OU to see my girlfriend this was one of my favorite spots. Soooooo I order bbq wings as normal but when I received them I laughed. This isn’t dp dough wings lol they are suppose to be tossed. What I received looked crazy. Let’s make sure everyone is trained up. This can be a staple the other locations actually have great food. Let’s not let the community down because right now lol you let me down.

Had made and paid for a pick up order and when i went to pick up the doors were locked. Employee inside just stared me for a while before opening the door acting like they forgot. Dark and creepy inside. Trying to save on electricity? And the food is basically bachelor slop. Dog Phood Dough. Got my order wrong and basically left out $4 worth of sauces i paid for and just gave me marinara, which was only half filled and luke warm. actual food is only legally food. It tastes like a greasy hot pocket and smells like a burnt microwaved cheese sandwich. This place being open late makes it the only option available for some. But if you’re already eating at 3 am, do you really care about anything at all anyway? Maybe this place is for you.

Dp Dough late night staff is TERRIBLE! the girl in glasses with the worst work attitude, lights off doors closed wayyy before closing time. Even when you try and place a order the late night staff have ALOT of people in there not buying food just hanging out
