The food here was good! Our waiter was on point, multi-tasking, stopped cleaning anytime he heard the food bell but the smell in there was disgusting. I’ve smelled that smell in other restaurant bathrooms and asked to me moved further away from the bathrooms. He obliged, thankfully! He was aware of the smell and mentioned they’ve had this issue for a while now! There was only one other mom and her daughter in the place. My feeling on returning in mixed. I might order to go in the future!

So I will start off this review by saying that the food is very delicious and sushi is fresh. However, it is a bit slow service not caised by their fault with the whole employment issue happening all around the area. They only have one young lady serving the entire front of the restuarant. Put that aside and everything is great and worth the longer wait. Tonight I had the California roll and the sesame soy chicken. Very enjoyable and the pictures came out great, hope you all enjoy!

I had the chef’s special sushi (attached photo), and I must say, it did not meet the expected quality or taste for its $49 price tag. Furthermore, the appetizers were overly fishy, making them difficult to consume. I can only hope that they utilize fresher fish in their dishes. While the atmosphere was pleasant, I won’t be giving this place another try.

Had an incredible lunch at Asahi in Lansdale. Ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box, which came with a miso soup and a ginger salad, rice, 3 dumplings, California roll, spicy tuna roll and a seaweed salad. I also ordered my favorite, an eel roll. All that for only $27. Very friendly staff! What a perfect and filling meal. I can not recommend this place enough!!! Try it and enjoy.

Best Bento Box Lunch I’ve had. Although don’t come here for a quick bite. You’ll start with soup and have an experience. All ingredients were fresh and the food is made when it’s ordered. The salad is out of this world. I highly recommend the bento box 10/10 for lunch and All the food in the photo incl. miso soup is around $15 pre gratis. Addtl notes: I’m not sure if it’s common or luck but the few times we have come here for lunch during the week we have been 1 of 2 tables dining-in. Which makes for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for good conversation.

Made the mistake of not ordering through Uber eats for pickup and placed my takeout order in person. Physical menu said $7, Uber eats said $7. Food was made fast. Went to pay and it was $10. Literally showed both the menu and Uber eats and got a really confused explanation by the hostess who gave no option of honoring what the freaking menus say it costs! So out of principle, I passed. Will get sushi elsewhere.

The food was delicious!! Some of the best sushi I’ve had locally. Atmosphere was horrible. We got up half way through our meal. Our waiter had two friends with him and they hung out at the bar. They were extremely loud and were having extremely inappropriate conversations! It was our anniversary date night- we won’t be going back despite the great food.
