Outside seating: An older man was literally running and screaming through the outdoor seating area, so we stayed inside.

Pricing: Not super expensive, but WAY too expensive for the quality of the food.

Service: The waitress was very nice; a pleasure.

Food: I attached photos. Fried pickles were so weird. They were huge 1-2″ chunks of pickles with a crumbly breading that fell off immediately. That’s not what I expected… I was thinking the usual: battered and fried pickle slices. The salad was cafeteria quality. I ordered a vinaigrette dressing, and they gave me a cup full of straight, thick balsamic glaze, which is not a salad dressing. My friend’s burger was overcooked, but I gotta give them credit for not skimping on the meat.

I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the food here. We were pretty hungry after lots of exploring/walking. And I just expected the usual restraunt prepared from frozen food you get everywhere now. But here at the Copper Queen everything was real food made from scratch- even the jalapeño poppers were real. Real potatoes for fries and nice juicy beefy burgers! It was really really great! And eating out on the patio by the park was nice and watching ppl pass by was really charming.

Breakfast was average. Definitely not bad, but not wow either. Coffee was served hot and definitely hit the spot. ☕️ 3/5 ⭐️s Food was simple. The servers are difficult to find and have little interest in being attentive.
Maybe a different spot for breakfast, but a great place to have a draft beer from a local brewery
The Copper Queen is a stunner so, definitely worth a visit. Also, haunted so that is worth it right there for sure!

My server was extremely nice and helpful. I got an appetizer and drink while i was there and then ordered a entree to bring back to my room. I got a lemon drop and i was expecting those small martini glasses but i actually got a fair sized drink. I think there was a little too much bacon on the scallops and the pasta was a little under cooked but everything still tasted good.

Most meals I tried to order were out, and finally I received the wrong food – the server was friendly and tried really hard, but the kitchen needs to improve a whole lot! It’s too bad because we stay here at the hotel as a group and would have enjoyed a nice dinner tomorrow night.

Wonderful experience, food was fantastic, and our waitress Sabrina was super nice and attentive – kept our drinks filled. Copper Queen Hotel offers a great dining experience in a beautiful classic atmosphere. You will enjoy!

I would never recommend this place ever, we waited 45 minutes for breakfast and there were only 3 other tables in the restaurant and here’s the finished product scrambled eggs that were just scrappings off the bottom of the pan and sausage that was burnt and dried out. Any decent restaurant would have never served that.

I visited the Spirit Room with friends while staying at the Copper Queen Hotel. We wanted to try it out for the experience, but unfortunately, the wait to be seated took quite a while as well as our time to be served. We had to box up our meal due to our close checkout time.

Our waitress was very kind and did the best she could being the only waitress. We heard the reason it took so long for our food to get served was because the restaurant had hired a new chef who was learning the ropes.

My friends and I spent around 1 1/2 hours there… The food wasn’t bad, but we hope that next time our food will be served in a more efficient time frame.

It’s such a beautiful building. They serve drafts from a lot of the local breweries in bisbee. The building was built in the early 1900s, and local legend states it’s haunted. The Victorian architecture is quite an eye catcher. The food was, ehh, the service was also ehh. The rap music coming from the kitchen was discouraging, but nonetheless, it was worth the visit. Will definitely be back again.

The hotel is really cool but desperately needs updating. We had a couple of ghost visitors, the kids loved that.
Definitely skip the Spirit Room for breakfast, the worst experience we have ever had. Waited for 45 minutes for our food, subpar, they were out of everything, no hollandaise sauce, no sausage gravy for biscuits and gravy, served all the kids just a little dribble of gravy on their biscuits, no hashbrowns, toast was served frozen, the cook didn’t know how to poach an egg so we had to order a different style. Even with all of that we were very patient and the kids were great, but then they double charged my credit card and they couldn’t produce a voided receipt to show they fixed it. That was the last straw. Finally was fixed 3 days later.
