Stopped here on a BBQ tour of Western Mass. Ribs were very good – nice smoke ring, solid seasoning with a slight bit of sweetness. Brisket was chopped and a little salty. Pulled chicken had a rubbery skin but was moist, not a lot of flavor. Corn bread was good, beans were heavily seasoned (maybe too much for me) and a little soft, cole slaw was crunchy with nice pepper seasoning.

I have been eyeing up this BBQ joint for some time now and I’m glad I finally made the drive up here. I stopped by for lunch and I was immediately greeted by the friendly pit master.
I went with the Texas Brisket sandwich and it was delicious. The roll was nice and soft and clearly fresh. The Texas Brisket itself was delicious. I ate half the sandwich before opting to try some of their sauces due to how delicious the meat was.
There is a nice little seating area next to it as well that’s convenient with about four large picnic tables to sit at.

Unplanned stop on my way to rose32 bakery. Even though I wasn’t that hungry I was tempted to try. Got the 3 meat plate and couldn’t stop eating, delicious food

Great food. A touch high in price but well worth it. You can buy bulk quantities to bring home as a component of your dinner or BBQ or just buy something, like a sandwich, for on the go. Service is great and they do their best to make sure you have a good experience. Highly recommended.

Been by here hundreds of times and I’ve been meaning to stop. So glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious, great portions and little to no wait. My go to was previously BTs in Sturbridge but this place has them beat!

Wow wow wow, I flew out to Oakham from Texas for a family party (reunion). This BBQ place was catering… I am blown away! Better than any bbq I have had in TX.. The Ribs, pulled pork and Brisket were amazing! Oh and the baked beans (cowboy beans) were also amazing!

The best BBQ I’ve ever had! I’ve been at the Pig Park a number of times. I’ve heard grown men from TX say that this is every bit as good as anything in TX. Great service! Good people!
