I’m a big Jimmy John’s fan. But this is the first time I’ve been to this location. 2 of the 3 sandwiches were okay, but they were toasted. The 3rd sandwich wasn’t toasted and the bread was very dry and crunchy. It’s like they left bread out for a few hours and used it. I’ll probably stick to the Jimmy John’s in Lehi from now on. It wasn’t a good experience.

I just came through here with my mom and little sisters, they were about to close but were so so kind and fast and patient! And a sandwich from there was all my little sister wanted. Thank you so so much! Such a blessing we made it on time and they were so kind about it without knowing the situation. It was a man who helped us with blonde hair and he was so kind. First off … I like Jimmy John’s.
The problem I have is NO SUBSTITUTIONS
I just ordered their three cheese ham melt, but I wanted turkey instead. The original sandwich is like $19, but I wanted turkey and added bacon I was out the door for $29.
????? I asked why the price difference and they said I was paying for the ham, that I didn’t want, and the extra for the turkey and bacon……. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING SPECIAL..!!! STICK TO THE MENU. I asked for the ham I paid for on the side, they wrapped it up in a separate package.

I’ll start this review off by saying I’m a huge Jimmy John’s fan. I’ve eaten so many of their sandwiches over the years, but this is the saddest sandwich I can ever remember seeing. I got four sad tomato ends. I asked for extra hot peppers and got a tiny amount. My wife’s sandwich looked similar, so we were both pretty bummed with the state of these sandwiches. Hoping it was just a fluke at the Saratoga Springs location.

12/10 – Seriously wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. I’ve been to Jimmy Johns more times than I can count. I’ve been on a new diet really watching what I eat and I had to be that annoying customer asking for the nutrition facts. The girls behind the counter were really nice and helped me figure it out. The food is also delicous and was ready within a couple of minutes. (seriously if I had gotten a drink I would barely have had time to fill it before my food was ready) Thank you JJs yet again!

I went through the drive through and ordered a turkey with cheese and extra pickle. When I opened my sandwich up to check out the pickles I noticed I only had 3 slices of meat on the whole sub and no extra pickles. Such a sad sub. I won’t be back.
