The lady was rude. Didn’t prepare the food correctly. Told us that we couldn’t use restroom because it didn’t work, when her friend went to the bathroom and came out. Toasted our food for 10 seconds. We had to return it to her because it was cold. I’ve had pretty bad experiences, but never like this. Never coming back to this store.

Looks clean. Person at counter repeatedly asked what I wanted after I had told her. I ordered the steak and cheese Philly sub. The meat was stringy I couldn’t eat it all. Chips and soda fountain drink were both good. Very disappointing

I bought 2 FL and found a long piece of black hair in my sub & I call back they said they wanna make me a new sandwich at this point why would I want a new sub??? If I seen the same lady who making them again, HELLO NO just refund me back my money (it was only 2 workers there a male and a female with long hair!!! Cmon

A Subway that feels familiar because of the franchise but that is plagued with problems from broken equipment, bread shortages, quality issues, and poor sanitation and customer service. When they get it right you get decent subs, cookies, salads, and more. They do have a ♿ handicap accessible entrance, parking, and restroom.

At 6pm in your establishment.
A customer wants to wash his hands. And that is All. He just got off from work. He works very close by. He also ate inside your resturant and ordered food from your restaurant but still was not allowed to use the restroom for hand washing purposes only. What is wrong with this pictur?. Does anyone else eat before washing your hands? I see why there is so much sickness and so much nasty going on . Please do better!!!!

This Subway was very clean. The tables and the floor were clean. The fountain drink area was organized and clean. The young lady who prepared my sub was friendly and she had great customer service. The other young lady was also very friendly, and she was deligently cleaning the appliances behind the counter. Another customer entered the establishment, and the young lady removed her cleaning gloves, cleaned her hands, and put on clean gloves before she prepared the customer’s sub. In the past I witnessed a Subway employee using the telephone with gloves on, and touching his face. When he finished his phone conversation, he proceeded to prepare that sub with the same gloves on!!! That’s a bad no-no!! I asked him to put on clean gloves and he asked me, “Why” and I reminded him that I saw him using the phone and touching his face with those gloves on his hands. His rude body language caused me to leave. Another customer agreed with me that he needed to change his gloves. Hopefully, he changed his gloves for his next customer. My visit yesterday at the Subway was wonderful and my sub was delicious!! Hats off to the two young ladies who had fantastic customer service!!

The girls here were not in uniform. They did not have their hair up. My boyfriend ordered the #5 and the girl did not know any of the ingredients and she had to keep looking at the menu board. The sandwich came with fresh Mozzarella she gave him shredded cheddar he asked her if she could correct it. She gave him shredded. I began to order and she was not listening. I asked for an Italian bread footlong with ham and bacon. She didn’t hear the bread I had to repeat myself two more times. She then said 6 inch? I said no like I said foot long please. She said turkey? Once again I repeated ham. Then she goes get the bacon. The bacon was still in the pack on top of the microwave. This is very unsanitary. We asked for two chocolate chunk cookies and she gave us chocolate chip because Once again she didn’t bother to pay attention. I had a pre paid gift card which declined and she decided to announce this fact. I’ve worked at subway and this was a very disappointing experience.

Rudest employees EVER! We stopped in at 9:30 to grab a late dinner (just me and my disabled wife) and was asked if it was for here or to go. When I stated “here” the cashier snotily informed me “we close in 30 minutes”?!?! I have NEVER had any customer service person say anything like this! I told her I am fairly sure I know when you close and I don’t think it takes that long to eat a sub. I asked her if I should just leave now and her and her friend behind the counter got all defensive like that wasn’t what she meant. Point is, you shouldn’t have said ANYTHING! I know you are in such a rush to get out of work to party on a Saturday night, but you have a job. If you don’t need it – QUIT! Otherwise, treat customers with RESPECT! NEVER GOING TO ANOTHER SUBWAY! They seem to employee the scum of the earth that don’t want to do a job properly. I won’t bother a manager to complain as since they employee there type of losers, then they have no concern for service. The franchise owner should care though.
BTW, finished our meal in 15 minutes. Didn’t want to impose on these slackers. There are SO MANY other sub joints. Visit them instead: Firehouse, Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mike’s, etc.
