Highly disappointed. The double meat had less than a regular sub. The regular chicken salad had a good bit of chicken (chicken and mayo) not what I expected. They were out of tuna salad and provolone cheese. If I hadn’t ordered for pick up but went in to order I would have cancelled my order and went to Jimmy John’s, Firehouse Subs or any other place.

I have always had great sandwiches here. They stay pretty busy, but im always in and out in a timely manner. The bread is always baked perfect. They never seem to skimp on ingredients. This is a turkey, bacon, shredded jack cheese on Italian bread with onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, banana peppers, mayo, southwest chipolte, salt, pepper, oregano, oil and vinegar. I usually get an extra sauce on the side with no extra charge. Will continue to visit this location.

Just had lunch from this location. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Wrap. I must say that it was very good and filling. I did an online order and my order was ready when I got to the location.

I went there because I had a 5.99 coupon that is valid until 9/15/2025 for certain sandwiches. The very nice gentleman showed me which sandwiches it counted for and I chose accordingly. I also purchased a happy Gilmore cup. I get to check out and they could not honor the coupon due to some corporate issue??? I am not the type to argue or be rude over a dollar, so I said that’s fine but was then told that a could not get a drink (even though I just bought the cup for it) what kind of business are you running?? The gentleman who made my sandwich even said it was fine and he’s given people Drinks before when they purchased the cup. But The lady behind the counter who refused to discount and honor my coupon would not allow it. In my opinion, since you at least could not honor the coupon. The least you could’ve done was allowed me to get a fountain drink after I paid for the cup that it goes in!!

Well, polite customer service is not among their strengths. There is no response to “Thank you” and “Please”. The employee making my sandwich was very unheapy with me asking to cut the footlong sandwich in half. No napkins in “To go” bag, so I my meal was a little messy. Good sandwich though! Also, all add-ons appear to be fresh and well kept.

Got 6 cookies, all they had was double chocolate, and raspberry. They were all stale. Like tasted like they were made a week ago Stale! It’s a shame because I remember when Subway cookies were the best from all of the fast food spots.

I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 15-20 minutes later. There were a few people in line, so I let the 2 ladies know I had an online order. After they made every single other person’s order they started on mine, from now a half hour ago. When they were finished I asked why the online order was pushed way to the back of the line, defeating ordering online in the first place. The manager snapped and said someone called in and there is nothing she can do about it. Not a sorry for the inconvenience, just instantly triggered and lashing out in response to a perfectly legitimate question regarding the service. I said ok, thank you and turned to leave. BUT -as I am walking to the door she mumbles about “not being in the mood today”. I stopped and reminded her that I was nothing but polite to her. This is the first review I have left in years but I was so shocked by the manager, who was a grown adult, acting like a petulant child.

Their ice machine was down, so an employee had to run for ice leaving the one young man on his own. Despite the pressure of the long line, and a customer making a comment, the young man held his cool, stayed calm, and provided the absolute best customer service. The food itself was very fresh and incredibly tasty!! Thank you young man! Oh, and happy belated Birthday to you!
