A gem right there in Frederick! Folks if you like not just spicy food, but damn good authentic spicy food! This is a hidden gem right in your own neighborhood! Surprisingly Good. Both Food and Price.
Never expected a north India food restaurant to be good as being South Indian.
Spice levels are very good and food is delicious. I received naan little hard/crispy I expected it to be soft. Other than that must try or visit place. I would try their buffet next time.

Unfortunately, they opened a little late on the day that I recently visited for the first time, and some of the food on the lunch buffet was cold, and the naan was not fresh.
Nevertheless, everything that I tasted was great! Service was good. The pricing is fair. The atmosphere was great. I love the decor and the traditional music.
By the time I left, the place was almost packed, which is a testament to how good it is. I will definitely return soon.

I highly recommend this restaurant to all people who enjoy Indian food. If you never tried Indian food, I would start here at one of their buffets!The buffet on Saturday, January 31 was phenomenal… It was beautifully presented, everything was delicious and aromatic. The Staff was very friendly and attentive. I’ve eaten Indian cuisine in India, and this compares perfectly.

Excellent lunch buffet. A nice assortment of dishes that are not overly oily like some places. I enjoyed every dish. Clean, bright dining room. Wasim was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

Tried the buffet for the first time Friday and it was okay. I think it would have been better to go on the weekend when they have more of a crowd and the food might be made all that day.
We arrived around 11:20 and the doors were still locked. They were still setting up the buffet so some of our food was cold. It seemed as though some of the food was not fresh and possibly from the day prior. The naan was tough and we eventually saw them bring out what appeared to be fresh.
The dishes that seemed fresh and hot were amazing!! I think this place has great potential and it might be a hit or miss type of experience. The Gulab Jamun is my favorite but it wasn’t available.

Delicious as always! The quality of the food has stayed very consistent the past 5 years I’ve been eating here. The lamb saag is my go to, it always comes out perfectly cooked.
Pricing is reasonable and portion sizes are perfect. (I tend to eat a little less than the average person, so I get two meals!!)
Service is also very kind and attentive, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet and relaxing!
