Our first visit to Fleming’s was to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The ambiance is so sophisticated and our waiter, Mike, was professional and very knowledgeable of the menu choices. Our choice of the Fleming’s salad, Cabernet filet and grilled asparagus was perfect. I may have had a better steak before in my life but I cannot remember when. Fantastic!! Siobhan Sullivan stopped by our table and shared some of the restaurant’s history. She was very sweet. We felt very blessed to have found a restaurant that offered both an amazing menu and a wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to return.

Day 1 opening and the location was already SUPER BUSY!
Drive-thru visit that was smooth. Employees were polite! Location easy in and easy out. Plenty of parking.
Food and drinks were superb as you’d expect from Culver’s!
Give this Ruskin location a try and leave a rating to help others.

If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. My boyfriend ordered us food and when I got towards the end of finishing my burger… I noticed a caterpillar or some sort of worm in my burger. I felt super sick and ended up throwing up my dinner. I automatically took it back to culver’s to tell them what happened without making a scene and the manager who claimed to be the owner, told me “Oh that’s not a worm.” and I then showed him the video I took and zoomed in and you could see the spikes or hairs of the caterpillar. Then after showing him the video and him holding the burger he goes “Well it couldn’t have came from us.” I wouldn’t have taken time out of my day and after work to come and complain for no reason. This is unacceptable and for it to be a new culver’s i’m disappointed on how the situation was handled. Coupons are not going to fix the problem. There needs to be an inspection asap.

My order was made from my phone at a table. I scanned the qr code and then signed in. As I made the order, I seen the table number on it, but it was also asking for a make, model and vehicle color. I submitted the order and immediately went and inform someone up front. This particular young girl has never seemed pleasant or happy to be there. She said she’d let someone know it was a dine in. I went back to my table and 10 minutes later, no food. I went back to the same young girl. She took my drinks from the curb side shelf and said here are the drinks, your food will be out shortly. Another 8 minutes went by, right after I seen a guy taking food out the door for curbside, I went and checked again. That same guy was walking back in and the same young girl pointed at me indicating to the guy that he had my food. When I spoke to manager I was told the young girl probably forgot because “we were so busy”. If I hadnt went to the same person 2 times and somehow my food still ended up gping out the door, I maybe could hear “we were busy”. I hope the owner will legitimately handle these issues. That young girl has a look about her that says she’s VERY unhappy. I could say it’s because she has to deal with a certain clientele, but there’s no proof. I have no intentions on returning and as long as these fast food places stay busy, kind of like Walmart, they couldn’t care less about customer service. SAD.

I had a great experience at this Culver’s location. Destiny waited on me and truly went above and beyond. My daughter really wanted a specific ice cream flavor that had already run out, and Destiny made the extra effort to make sure she still got it—which meant so much to us.
Later on, I saw Destiny cleaning the bathroom and making sure everything looked perfect. It really stood out to me how much pride she takes in her work. The restaurant was clean, well run, and clearly managed with care. Thank you for making a simple stop feel special. We’ll definitely be back!

As far as fast food burger places, Culver’s is my #1 choice. And it’s not just burgers, the fish and roast beef are also favorites of mine. Give them a try, everything, including the staff is quality!

Burgers were fresh and amazing! Fries were crispy! I don’t think I’ve ever had a Culver’s make the fries as crispy as here. Sweet tea was nice and sweet! I wish I had pictures to provide but we tore it up so fast didn’t even have time to snap a shot!

Ordered plain kids chicken tenders. Somehow received spicy buffalo and had to bring it to their attention to get corrected. Ran out of all napkins at the drink station. Took a long time for them to realize they needed refilled. Salted caramel brownie special was very salty with little caramel taste. Hopefully, this new location improves in the future.
