One of my best places to have a good menudo and yes with homemade tortillas. Although it is in the East side of Porterville and a hole in the wall.. it’s well worth it :).

Shoutout to the two younger servers (male and female) for letting me sample the drinks! I’m not sure if they are related or just work there, but they were kind to me and answered all of my questions. I bought a burrito for my mom, got myself some rice, chips and salsa. I don’t remember there being too many veggie options, but you can’t go wrong with side dishes. The food is pretty good, so the reviews don’t lie. The establishment itself is quite small, it feels very homely though. I would visit this place again if I ever find myself in Porterville.
