Ordered a salad. The chicken was not properly cut. The food was absolutely disgusting and had a weird smell. Couldn’t eat it.

Picked up from here for the first and last time today. My order had 7 pieces of chicken, a teaspoon of guac, 3 fajita veggies, no tomatillo salsa and half the amount of black beans as normal. It was, however, packed with rice. I paid $12 for it. Chipotle is whack nowadays, but this is some real nonsense.

This is THE worst chipotle, I thought it might be a little bit better because they’re newly open, but everything about this location is pretty much terrible. They have the skimpiest portions, I watched one of the guy pick up the smallest amount of guac and then proceed to bang it against the side to knock some more off and put an actual olive sized dollop on my burrito and still charge me for it O_O! On top of that the chicken was dry and the rice hard. There are plenty of other locations to visit that are much better, or better yet another restaurant.

Whoever was on this nights shift 3/20 was terrible, no welcome, just asked right off the dot. Came 2 hours before closing so didn’t think it was that bad. Asked if we needed a bag with two bowls, large thing of guacamole, and chips. Had to ask for our drink cups twice from the cashier and the second time he slammed the cups on the counter, he was gonna give it to me in my hand but decided to throw it down on the counter. Terrible service and terrible food from here. Gone here twice now and the first time was the exact same.

Seriously need to improve your drive thru etiquette. Don’t keep customers especially on their lunch break help captive in your drive thru simply because your store is inconvenienced on whatever. I asked your staff 4 different times to ask the person blocking my car to move so I could simply leave. I didn’t even care about getting my order anymore. That was so unprofessional and embarrassing.

Two stars, one for the location, and the other for the Chipotlane Drive Thru. I’ve been here a few times, and in spite of ordering ahead, the orders have never been ready. In fact, I’m sure they had just started making the orders when I arrived to pick them up at the promised times. They also packed my burrito full of rice, they were even skimpy with the beans! Aside from the convenience of having a drive up window and the location, this location is trash. It’s amazing to me the issues aren’t being addressed, with so many honest reviews of their poor service and food. This is not tip worthy. Get it together!!!

This chipotle actually gives honest portions for to gos. So many locations absolutely skimp because you’re picking up and leaving and they know you probably won’t come back to complain. I really appreciate this location having integrity and giving great portions considering Chipotles price point.
