They charge for extra ranch. Ot really upset that spent 50 for two sandwiches, fries and some burnt nuggets then they limited me on the ranch. I will not be back. Its not like the ranch is prepackaged either its some slop they get from mixing powder and water.

I’ve been eating here for years. This place has some really tasty and clean food. I love their California chicken is my favorite. But their steak sandwiches are great too. I recently had their Cajun fries where great. Highly recommend for a quick tasty and healthy lunch!

This guy in this photo claims that he is the owner of Charleys. He said he has four other establishments and he gave me and my mom a refund because all I did was to politely ask him. Can you please put on some gloves when you’re handling the food he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t have to do anything he is the owner he’s not a manager. All the employees were confused about why he was becoming so irate horrible experience

I don’t know if they changed owners or not but the place turned into a nasty place to eat. The fries and the onion rings were burnt beyond being able to eat them they were sitting in oil and there is literally about a third of the fries that used to be in the tray. Never again. 10/14/22

Let me just say the food is good. However, the staff is incredible slow. They take their sweet time and there are at least 3 people working. It took 35 minutes for us to get our order of 3 sandwiches and french fries when they said it would take no longer than 5-10 minutes. Subway would never have us waiting this long and they usually have just one person working!

The food here is great. But that fact is overshadowed by how slow they are and the knowledge of their employees. They had five people working and it took them nearly twenty minutes to get through ten orders. It was so bad everyone else at my table already finished eating and I was still waiting for my food. One employee screwed up so much the manager had to pull him from the line and take over. Then the other employee screwed up and kept making too many sandwiches for the same order. Even I had to tell him the guy already left with his order.
Then it was my turn… The manager yelled at him again because I ordered a veggie delight and he wanted to use his spatulas from the meat to make mine.
I was so hungry that I got halfway through my sandwich before I remembered I forgot to take a photo of my food. The Blueberry Lemonade was okay, it wasn’t great. The entire bottom of the cup was full of blueberries and every time I took a sip, I got a mouthful of blueberries.
Never. Again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I’d first time eating here and I’d have to say the food is terrible. Under seasoned meat, and cold meat. The cheese was not even melted. When I told them, the reheated my sandwich with all my veggies also so everything was soggy. Worse place I’ve ever been.
